Opioids Where can you NOT find heroin in the U.S.?

I'm only familiar with the West Coast/ Western states, and I know it is available everywhere out west...Caifornia, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah...this is brown powder/black tar. I've heard it's all over the East Coast, in other forms, like "China White" although I was under the assumption that almost all heroin comes from the Middle East now, (except for West Coast, which comes up from Mexico). So anyways, my question is where in the United States is heroin not available? This is just something that I've been curious about for a while.
 
i thought that the east coast gets the dope from columbia.

i believe that heroin is available everywhere, however, there might be small towns or cities that do not have a supply directly in their town. i am sure that there is dope at least 10 miles from where anyone stands right now. only place i can see there not being dope is like in the forest areas/woods and on an island of some sort.
 
This is more of a regional/drug culture thread...

But it's nigh impossible to find it in my area of Texas, though I know of a few BL'ers that are users in the Dallas area.

In this day and age, what with modern postal efficiency, questions about where things are available are meaningless. If you're talking about literal open air drug markets, then there's little availability outside certain cities. If you don't mean literal street buys, then the question is irrelevant as everything is equally available everywhere.
