Using DXM to pontentiate opiates questions...

So this morning I took 20mg oxy neo and because my tolerance is so high I barely feel it it. So I got some DXM to try increase the effects. Now Im pretty sure to get best results I should of took the dxm before hand but its too late for that. How much dxm should I take to boost the opiate? I took 105mg thinking that would be the right ammount to do the job but not get too effed up from the dxm. Thanks for any response :)
 
You should take around 100mg (depending on your reaction to DXM, it is very finicky person to person but you need a few times more than the recommended dose) 1-2 hours before taking the opiate to get the benefits. If you take the opiate first or even at the same time, the opiate is wearing off by the time the DXM is active.
 
i love mixing low doses of DXM with opiates, mainly suboxone because that's what i am prescribed. if you just want to potentiate and not get much of a DXM feel, go for 30-60mgs before you take your opiate dose. however, increasing the dose to 90-150 gives a nice, speedy buzz that synergizes with opiates well IMO. make sure you are using DXM products with ONLY DXM in them, no apap, no dph, no antihistamines, ect... just DXM!

I wouldn't recommend 100mg for someone who has not done this before. People's reactions to DXM vary HUGELY. 100mg would be WAY too much for me. I would start with like 10-30mg the first time, especially if you just want the DXM to potentiate the opioid and not have a strong DXM feel to the experience. I don't think most people need a few times more than the recommended dose.

I suggest a really low dose - about 10-15mg of dxm which will boost the opiate high to a significant amount without adding the dissasosiative effects of dxm to it either.
