i used to take mdma daily for weeks (DO NOT DO THIS!) my routine was eating healthy food in the morning and take 1~3 gel caps and go about my day. later, i eat dinner and sleep. i was fine until i stopped using. Taking 5htp or melatonin to sleep seem to make my brain zaps worse.
brain zaps, the most terrifying effect when you have a thought or trying to sleep. i spend countless nights AWAKE and "spinning" on my bed, it feels like someone was pulling my legs spinning me around. i spend the day time feeling foggy and tired, got some sleep only to be awake at night. the nightmare continues.
sorry! just sharing my rant, i have been clean from tobacco, weed and ecstasy for over a year now (WOO ME!). last friday i decided to take 2 mdma gels, had the warm loved feeling and later slept. the next day i dropped 5 caps beween 1pm to 6pm. now as of tuesday i'm still getting a little bit of brain zaps and feeling foggy/tired.
