i saw your name and birthday mentioned and assumed it was your birthday. i'm that high you could have me believing anything right about now=D

and you know what they say about assumptions? they're the mother of all fuckups - point in case!

either way, you're most welcome; happy belated/early birthday wishes :P

I'd like to propose a toast, to OD, to this weekend, to safe fun.

aye, let's all raise our hypodermic syringes in lieu of safe using to us all!

CHEERS BIG EARS!

my weekend will be a bore. Just me struggling to wake up every day because I'm just sooo damn tired from not taking amphetamines and taking like 1mg of alprazolam before bed (which shouldn't cause me to be wake up supper groggy after 8 hours of sleep). It took me over an hour to wiggle my way out bed and down to the kitchen to eat. I came back up stairs to chill and I was still a zombie for another hour or so. Also no heroin this weekend, which isn't really a bad thing, but of course it would be fun for the weekend.

I just took two hits of LSD. %)

Cloudy: alprazolam will cause you to wake up groggy. It inhibits REM sleep, and lasts a long enough time to interrupt a fair amount of REM sleep.

I know that benzodiazepines (some more than others) will result in that grogginess in the morning, but what I'm experiencing is not that. Certainly the alprazolam is making it worse, but its the daily amphetamine use for a bit then stopping that is making me feel like a brick that can't get out of bed. One of the reason why I switched to alprazolam from clonazepam was to prevent that long groggy tiredness from clonazepam that results in me missing phone calls/alarms.

I normally do, though that can result in a slightly extended duration which isn't always good. I get some NMDA-antagonism from methadone and mg2+

I'd suggest temazepam for waking up clear headed. :)

You're right though, stopping amphetamine usage can cause the same thing.

the problem I have with temazepam which I was really interested in was that I take like .5mg of alprazolam or clonazepam earlier in the day (helps in combo with methadone for RLS) and then I take the larger dose at night to maintain sleep. I was on the fence of going for temazepam or alprazolam.

When I sleep over 6 hours with alprazolam, the after effects start to go away. When I get 8 to 9, I wake up not feeling anything from the benzo.
