I love it when I dose off from the 9 mgs of k-pins I've taken already today and the Vyvance is kicking in when I wake up in a fog. Even more fucked up than I was before I slept and ready to get shit DONE! It'll be an all-nighter tonight with the two... yardsale at 8 am tomorrow. Need some blow.

Yikes that's quite a high dose. Be careful! I some nights also just take my benzos and hope for the best with many mg's of oxycodone in my system. Today 200 mg oxycodone ( from early in the am till now) and gonna take my evening meds and go sleep.
