opium,i guess thats pretty exotic, although oxymorphone and hydromorphone are also pretty damn rare.

I found 50mgs to be a decent dose but keep in mind I have opiate tolerence.

real opium is quite exotic. lot of people try to pass off tar as opium. or some bullshit incense. demerol was a pretty rare find along with injectable bupe (had to give it a "shot")

I would have extracted the morphine from the opium. and got ahold of some acetic acid for the conversion to h. of course kept the left over opium for tea as it still has codeine and thebaine and other various opioids/opiates in it.

Demerol ampules I guess. Other than that once you get really into opiates its more about finding the best dope. The chase around town looking for those good ones.
My tolerance went down though I don't really fuck around much anymore but pills are so expensive it ain't even worth it.

hydromorphone probably the most "exotic" (in the sense it's rare) round these ends...

otherwise o-desmethyltramadol powder (probably the least "exotic" of the RC opioids, but the others, espeially the fent analogues scare the shit out of me, as for AH and MT... after reading, they just didn't seem worth trying)
also i been abstinant of opioids and of all substitutes whilst many of the newer, more "exotic" opioids reached the grey market....

Living the dream!

About ten years ago a rich freind that owned a large nursing home in Missisippie , went on Hiates from his wife and family. Showed up at my door with a hefty sac full of actic fentanyl lollipop . Must have been 2000 of the things he took from his pharmacy . Anyway I lost my job , didn't leave the house and it must have taken a month to eat em all. But wow what a great month it was, I was livin the dream.
That being said and I've been a oppiate addict/user as far as I can rember but one of my favorite has to be oppana IR . What a great buzz I can't imagine anything feeling much better!
