Tryptamines The Big & Dandy 5-MeO-DALT Thread - Part 2

I tried 30mg orally a few weeks ago while on 20mg Citalopram and I didn't get any effects. I had never taken it orally before, even when not on SSRI's. I always used to snort it and get good effects.
 
Either it must be cross tolerant with 5 & 6apb or doesn't work good orally as i used 140mg orally after a night of 5&6apb and felt no effect at all. it's the legit stuff too, that clumped together fibreglass wooly looking stuff

hi.
im not a chemist but i dont think tryptamines are cross tolerant with phenethylamine / amphetamine....
could well be wrong.
The issue could be more to do with seratonin levels ?
again just guessing here

main reason for posting here though is to express my 'WTAF?' at your description of legit 5-meo-dalt.
I hope you trust your source mate as my 5-meo-dalt has never looked anything like that.
Never had it tested but it has always done what you'd expect 5meo-dalt to do.

And yeah, it should work orally. I'm sure you know this stuff affects everyone differently, but i'd expect 140mg oral to be reasonably intense [ unless you'd just had a three course meal ]

Tryptamines can indeed cause cross tolerance and this definitely works orally.
 
I had some of this lying around for a little while, and after a bit of an all-nighter it looked like an interesting idea.

Unlike my massive tolerance to most drugs, I'm basically a lightweight when it comes to tryptamines. 25mg lines seemed pretty good going for me, of course being me I ended up doing quite a few of them but...

Actually really impressed, had me tripping pretty fucking hard far a little while there, I tried to take a walk into town at one point and got about as far as the next street before realising it was all too much and scurried off back home.

For all my years of stims and dissociative use, I've never really done that many trips or psychedelics in general but I really like this one. Quite short acting which for me is a plus cos I always tend to get bored of long-duration trips, and sniff-able too. Bonus!

Any advice on how to vaporise it? I tried chasing a bit on some foil but it kinda burned real quick. I'm not too hot on smoking/vaping drugs so a simple method would be appreciated.
 
I don't trust any source neither should anyone else unless you've seen them make the stuff. The description I gave was what a few other people have also described theirs. You can't really chop it into lines it looks like clumps of wool. How do you post pictures on here?
 
So, I read all two threads and still don't know how to start with this one. Allergy test was done a few days ago but I still want to titrate up slowly since I can't stand harsh comeups and nausea. Does oral dosing provide more of the latter compared to sniffing? Smoking is not an option.

I would appreciate any input on beginner doses and associated ROAs.

It should work on an antipsychotic, depending on which one.

Start with 5 mg, then just go up by five if you want to titrate. You'll be fine though, this chemical is more than forgivinh. I always dose orally but make sure to not eat for a while before hand cuz it seems to me that it becomes unnoticeable.

The antipsychotic is zyprexa. Didn't think it would work as I thought this chem releases serotonin dopamine ?

There hasn't been any formal profiling of the pharmacological action, but it should be a serotonin agonist like other tryptamines analogous to 5-meo-dalt. If you're worried about interactions and think you'll be fine with cessation, take 2-3 days off before dosing. Otherwise titrate the dose slowly upwards
 
Thx MrFister. Can you say something about snorting and its dis-/advantages. Especially regarding nausea potential. And is 5-Meo-Dalt soluble in water?

I'm not certain about solubility, but it should be soluble. Snorting 5-meo-dalt as been a waste of time ime. I've tried it a few times and never received any significant effects. I swear to god though it cleared up my semi-clogged nose like nothing else. I was breathing so clearly i felt that alone was worth it

Yeah only took anti psychotic for four days. Been off it for three days but the only thing id be wary of it not working is zyprexa has a long half life. Yes i will start at 50mg & see what happens. Only time it didn;t work was because i had 5 & 6apb the night before so most likely cross tolerance. Oh well will see & report back.

i don't really like it

every time i have taken it,
i always feel like something is caught in my throat
making it usually just uncomfortable,
along with the chest bodyload, neck tightness

definitely have had some euphoria and psychedelic tones
after the 1h-1.30h mark, and generally good well being in the tail end
but don't really see a use for the substance

i generally take 30-40mg and have taken up to 70mg, mainly orally
this did not feel good in my lungs, have not pursued that route

i have reagent tested it, not entirely sure if it is 5-meo-dalt or completely that
 
Can anyone tell me if my picture is real 5-MeO-DALT? Like i said before it's hard to describe it clumps together & looks sort of like wool, not a powder, definitely not powder looking.
 
that picture does no justice, no one could ever identify if it was anyways
your description somewhat matches my batch of "5-meo-dalt" definitely not a powder
