She does. she's so fucking fickle it makes me mad. Not as mad as the guy at work who takes about ten fucking minutes to sit down from standing up!! :X Let alone doing his work, which takes at least 20x longer than anyone else in the lab. He is fucking useless, even though I only go about 70% of the time I get at least 3x more work than him done overall.

He is just fucking useless, I get so fucking mad when I see him working, he is obviously brain damaged or something, he moves so slowly, and he has to look at everything for about 30 seconds before he decides what to do next too, it's fucking mental, he deserves to be sacked more than me.

Some people are just a bit slow. I've worked on and off for one place over the years, one of the guys there is very slow about everything he does, it can be infuriating. And he can be a lazy git. But sometimes he excels at the details, in ways that matters. Not often but now and again!

Plus work is shit for everyone, don't take out your frustrations on your workmates!

Disagree there, Being reliable and trustworthy and on time are traits employers like to see and these can make up for someones lack of productivity, i have worked in companies where the most retarded fuck worked and when i asked why he was still there (he would give people their money back plus change, forget to swipe items before bagging them, constantly overcharge people etc) it was because when they needed him to cover or be there he was, true that
 
They may be what the employers "like to see" but in reality I get more work processed than the other guy, so logically I am the better worker, although it might not seem so to the employer.
