Maybe this should be in BDD but anyhoo

I tried the interwebz but got no definitive answers.

I'm curious about the change/difference from oxycodone to oxymorphone, morphine to hydromorphone etc. Not because I want to know how to convert anything, but because I'm curious as to if it would be possible with other opiates. Such as diamorph into hydrodiamorph? I'm guessing not possible otherwise this godlike drug would've addicted most of the world population right now. I've done oxy, opana, morph, dilaudid and good god the difference between them is astounding, and after doing dope for a while, I dream about rediculous things like this.

Also, general info about differences between previously listed substances. Again, I don't want any real specific info on conversion or anything, pretty sure that's a faux pas here

This borderlines on synthesis talk and I believe is against the rules. There are other places to discuss this as it is not a harm reduction topic and may cause more harm if people suggest inappropriate methods.

There are more but these are the common ones

It is possible to acetylate e.g. oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydromorphone, dihydromorphine et cetera. Whether or not it provides any gain remains to be seen.
Dihydroheroin is apparently a known drug and is more rewarding than heroin itself. Hence, not used very much.

There are lots of spots on the phenanthrene opi skeleton to "tweak". The 14-hydroxyopioids can actually bind to the mu opioid receptor in ways that "normal morphine" cannot, explaining their unique effects. (& the potency of the codeine-analog as a fullagonist and not a prodrug)

But yeah no synth talk beyond vagure generalities please. It's interesting enough chemwankery until it gets illegal

I am an experience With opiates myself, here are my personal experiences with the different opiates.
I will use the ones you've used to explain difference in the high and effects. you should be aware that drugs effect everyone differently so this is generalized to me and my friends use.
I am no doctor, an do not know the chemical differences between the drugs but here are my experiences:

Oxycodone is one of most popular opiates including: percs, OC, Roxy, ect. And i would describe it as one of the more euphoric opiates. Less sedative, very itchy, and happy high with numb body feeling.
Morphine, or morphine sulfate is one of my least favorites as it is mostly a body high and numbing effects with minor euphoria and lots of itching.
Diladid, or hydromorphone is real nice. Not as euphoric as oxy condone but still nice happy high with overwhelming sedative effects that take over whole body.
Opana, or oxymorphone is similar to hydromorphoe IMO and is so powerful it overwhelms the euphoric effects with intense full body high that makes it hard to get up.

Hope this helps

Dihdyromorphine... Good god. Many wants.....

If cartels can get morph to heroin, if they found about about Dihydro version, it'd just be a matter of time till it was all over for junkies worldwide.
