10 mg oxycodone. (yeah i know). But determined not to halve one of those days where I waste way too much OC to make up for being tired (only had 5 hours sleep again sigh - looks like my 2 day run of 8-9 hours sleep is over).

Wondering if it's my high bp that's been fkin up my sleep. I mean wtf other dudes in their very early 20's have high bp's and an irregular pulse - i thought that shit was reserved for rich middle aged aged fat men on the verge of divorce. I'm not fat either lol, nor have a bad diet. Damn.

Sorry I haven't been ignoring you, kinda ignoring BL besides talking about what I'm on.

I'm not sure I like alprazolam for sleeping, but is helping out with the whole waking up groggy/late thing that clonazepam does. I may first call to up the the script, but I may also look into trying temazepam.

Heh, it's funny. The first sleep aid I tried was clonazepam too, then I got switched to xanax and finally lormetazepam. The xanax did its job for a while but I had troubles staying asleep, and since xanax has a pretty short duration I'd end up waking 4-5 hours in. Lormetazepam ended up being the perfect choice for me.

Anyway good luck getting a good night's sleep.

^I don't think it's like nitrazepam really. It's more comparable to temaz. And IME it's more sedating than nitrazepam.
