You're still on methadone man? I was at 275mg 4 years ago or so, then switched to bupe, was abusing xanax on and off during that whole course. Then I got off it all and started drinking daily for about year. Then I got back into heroin very hard, (2grams a day) for just under 2 years. I was clean off heroin since last october, but relapsed on 2grams (smoking it non-stop) in less than a 36 hour period.
I bring this up for a couple of reasons:
I now get pure etizolam powder. I was dosing ~20-30mg each day during using the heroin. I ended up even killing a whole bottle of SoCo.
I haven't touched heroin for 3 days now, but I killed another bottle of soco yesterday, and ended up eating easily ~40mg etiz. I realize I have a severe addiction problem with it. Etizolam is perfect for me, if I can keep the dosing low (at like 2mg a day, or every other day, or perhaps that dosage, but 2 days in a row and 3 off?), but we'll see.
It does not black me out actually, unlike alprazolam. I have had Intas and Etilaams, so I know my etiz powder source is the raw deal. I get it way cheaper that way too.
I haven't been using etizolam daily for even a week yet. I think I'm at day 6.
I just can't seem to cope with life without benzos, but they stop working after a while obviously.
I started getting into nootropics.
I now use (daily)
*piracetam
*aniracetam
*choline bitartrate (sometimes switch it up with DMAE)
*B-12
*5-HTP
*Fish oil
*Vitamin D-3 (5000mcg)
The 2 racetams I take, especially the aniracetam seems to have a decent anxiolitic effect, but not enough of one where I still don't feel the need for etizolam.
I recently started working out now though, and I'm guessing this is going to be the thing that ends up really changing the whole ball game for me.
Diet and exercise ftw, ammirite?
I've really been thinking about going back on methadone recently, as suboxone just does not do the trick; but if I manage to do great with the exercise, then fuck the opiates.
-that's all for now.
PS - DO NOT, ANY OF YOU, EVER TAKE THE INSANELY HIGH DOSES OF ETIZOLAM I HAVE BEEN TAKING. YOU WILL DIE. ESPECIALLY WITH THE DRUG COMBOS I TOOK IT WITH.
that's all i have to contribute
EDIT - almost left out, in regards to keeping benzo tolerance at bay and for help in tapering and other reasons... phenibut. It only effects GABA-A(?...or is it GABA-B?), unlike how benzos effect the opposite one. So that being said, there is no cross tolerance. Keep in mind, phenibut is extremely physically addictive from my personal experience.
Just food for thought.
