So after you have extracted your codeine
1 - Can you hold on to it for a while? For how long?
2 - Where should you store it?
3 - What should you store it in? (e.g a plastic bottle)

If I were to do the CWE I would store it in a air tight dark container in the refrigerator.

I'm sure you know codeine can NOT be injected because it causes pulmonary edema and can kill you.

The time I would think a day or so. But I'm not sure. It's not sterile and bacteria can still grow and make you sick if left too long.

1. Depends on what form it is - if it's solution I would not store it for more than a few days
2. Cool dark place away from light
3. Amber glass bottles are ideal, but e.g. plastic bottles will work too

I usually put it in a water bottle in the fridge. I only put it in there for a day or less though.

^This. I use amber plastic pill bottles, storing liquid solution in the refridgerator for no longer than 3 days (although most of my solutions are for rectal use, not oral.

Sekio, to store solutions longer, could we store solution in the freezer?
