yeah I guess I did. the first one was kinda confusing and I figured people weren't responding cause they didn't want to read it.

Tell her you have a crush on her and that you'd like to date and see where things lead. But, make it clear that if a relationship does blossom she will need to find a new job asap. Whatever you do, take it slow. There is no need to rush into a full blown relationship. You sound kind of young, and have alot of time.
 
Sorry but you got a lot of good , caring responses in your first thread which btw did turn out to be an essay. Why did you feel the need to make this one. The answer is very simple. If you like her, tell her how you feel and what you want. That is the only way you will get your answer. We don't know you or this girl. All we can do is speculate!

you're right and I do appreciate the responses I got, I don't mean to sound ungrateful I'm just not used to dealing with these kinds of emotions and they all kinda came out of nowhere.

not to mention I've been pouring coffee down my throat like it's water the last few days =/

I was going to pull her aside as we were leaving work tonight but I really couldn't get a minute alone with her. Do you guys think it's ok to handle this over the phone or should it definitely be in person? I won't see her again til Tuesday.
 
Girls like this are really not relationship material in my opinion. I think you should infer this from the fact that she's bragging about not remembering the appearance of the guy she slept with the night before... to you.

I read that post and I thought the same thing. If the OP wants to keep having casual sex with her or very casually date her that's one thing but I personally would not try to have mongamous relationship with someone like this; but I know other people who are fine with they or whoever they're dating hooking up with others and who will say when you're just dating some very casually or hooking up with someone that you're not really exclusive/monogamous yet.

I know she's not GF material that's why I never asked her out before.. plus she's told me flat out that she's not looking to get into a relationship with anyone. I'm just being a moron but I can't really change the way I feel. I didn't get a chance to talk to her last night and now I'm having second thoughts, maybe for the best.

But the way she was telling me about that guy wasn't bragging it was more like she wanted to get it off her chest or something... idk it was weird the way she was telling me. And she made it a point to tell me she didn't stay and cuddle with him but I remember when we hooked up she wanted to cuddle all damn day. And the night she was texting me was the night RIGHT after she hooked up with that guy. She hadn't texted me like that in at least a couple of months.

my problem is I'm stuck at this job so much, literally worked 90 hrs last week so I don't get out and meet other people much and I see her all the time.
 
Ok in case anyone is interested i went through with it and were going to go out. So get ready for a "guys im dating my employee did i make a huge mistake?" Thread LOL (jk)
