I have at my finger tips 5 goodies that I want to take (a little bit of) all at the same time.

Here's the list:

10mg Liquid Morphine
10mg Percocet
20mg Cyclobenzaprine
100mg Tramadol
100mg Nucynta

If I take this all at once, does anyone see anything bad happening? Keep in mind I do have a pretty high tolerance to all opiates. I'm just wondering if there would be any interactions between all those at the same time.

Thanks in advance for any input!

I would take either the Tramadol or the Nuncynta, not both. They are both very similar so you aren't gaining much by taking both, and I don't know if serotonin syndrome could be an issue when mixing the two but noticed that Nuncynta can cause serotonin syndrome if mixed with SSRI's/SNRI's, and Tramadol has SNRI activity. I didn't see either drug listed as causing interactions with the other, and they are said to be similar so it seems as though you could take both, but personally I wouldn't take more than 1 drug with SNRI properties.

Other than that you should be fine if your tolerance is high enough. Cyclobenzaprine is fine to mix with opioids but it isn't recreational so I would save it for when you need it for its muscle relaxant properties if you are taking it in hopes of it adding to the high.

I would think it would be okay as well... However, I have a very high tolerance to opiates and the last time I took nucynta, it made me very noddy....maybe start with that and then add the others in a little later just to be on the safe side....

I would say tommyboy is spot on.

I personally would drop the cyclonenzaprine as well and go with diphenhydramine. Personally 20mg of cyclonenzaprine doesn't add much to my high except more sedation. While diphenhydramine adds to the sedation as well, I find it mitigates any side effects the may come with a moderate to high dose of opiates. I tend to find morphine makes me itchy, I don't know how it effects one in liquid form. Ive only experienced morphine by taking around 200mg of ms-contin (morphine sulfate, extended release)

This is just my personal opinion, if cyclobenzaprine is a pleasurable augmentor of your opiates, then by all means go for it.
