I opened my first needle pack today, tossed the needle tip, then plugged 2 x 75mg Lyrica caps after popping a few orally and sublingually. I also insufflated 1mL of lyrica solution with the syringe before I stuck it up my bum.
I can see how plugging/injecting/snorting can be extremely addictive, there are so many aspects of the ritual (prepping the shot, mixing it, pushing the plunger, etc.), that it's so hard to forget it completely when you get clean.
Good thing the only drug I've insufflated and/or plugged Lyrica, there's really no rush with lyrica so that's a good thing.
My first opiate experience was 4mg of IV morphine in the hospital for extreme pain at 20 years old, but since I was in so much pain, I didn't even feel a high or a rush whatsoever. When my brother broke his elbow, though, he had one morphine shot for the pain (first IV experience), then he asked for another one and I could tell the second one was too much for the amount of pain and he was pinned and nodding.
