I think it was 100 mg SHM. It was tasty as a high but I had an atrocious headache the next day, pain in my kidney area and a fearsome upset stomach. It was the brown kind of powder. I tried the pellet and didnt have a problem at all curiously enough.

I'll never forget the rock club Corp in Sheffield - had Irn Bru on tap and would do a single vodka and Irn Bru for 50p. Good times (and horrible hangovers..)

havent got enough time to post all my latest bargainous finds but just briefly

Westons 8.2% is on 4 for £5 in tescos atm! major score. makes it £1.20 a bottle. just bought 4 of em.
(£1.50 on special as single bottles at tesco too)

It's part of their 4 for £5 mixed across ciders and beers atm. The Katy apples one is in the offer too, as well as a ton of other ciders. It's the first time I've seen the 4 for £5 on ciders, normally it's only on beers as far as I'm aware

The 4 for £5 on beer is still on ... you can get 4 bottles of Old Tom (8% +) which is my fave beer and delish and it's normally sold at £2.15 a bottle, so it's a major bargain for £1.20

My local co-op also have westons 8.2% back on 2 for £3 now like Spade's. Tescos obviously beats that hands down now tho if you've got one close by

co-op is 2 min walk, tesco is 10 mile drive, in traffic for last 2 miles...

and anyway, fuck tesco...lol...missis sometimes goes if she goes into town, I hate it, co-op i can be in and out in less than 5 mins, tesco is a mission.

Yeah I know and I'm really into the cooperative thing, its history n that I even bank with them.. but their fruit,veg and variety has got seriously pony of late.
