Hello I am new here, as you can see. So please don't shout at me if this is in the wrong place etc etc or my questions have been asked loads of times. I'll get the hang of it.

So, coming off xanax day 2 now. was up to 4mg Xan.. trying to level out with Valium. Hard to get the balance.
Also 10 - 10.5 mg zolpiden
Oh and a norco here and there. Maybe 2.
Yep all legit rx. But haven't figured out the change from xan to val.. feels weird. Loadsa tolerance. Just not sure how much to take to get the balance so I can reduce.
Yesterday about 25mg valium. later, 15 mg zolpiden.
Today, 15mg val, 7.5 hydro (norco) will prob need more val later - right? To make up for lost xanax.
I'm ready for another norc. Is that OK? (pain related)

No alcohol or anything else.. ha as if that lot wasn't enough :)
Would quite like to be off all this stuff but also quite like feeling good, but head feels foggy today.

Again, apologies if this post is all messed up, would appreciate any help/advice.

Welcome to forum. In here there are many idiots but there are also many smart people who know how to use drugs safely and have done so for many years without any health issues. I guess the hardest part about getting used to this forum is learning to tell the difference between the two and only learn from those who deserve to teach :)
 
Hello and thank you. Where can I find where you moved the thread to? There is a ton of info on this site which is great. Just gotta get my head around it.
