cheap Vs quality weed

I smoke mostly local indoor high grade I get at a good discount compared to normal prices for the same bud, and It is true that Mexicans keep the "good bud" for themselves, I smoked some bricked up bud with a dude that had brought in 500 LB.s of bud from Mexico and the brick stuff he broke out was skunky smelling and had no seeds at all, and it took about 4-5 good hits to get blown out, as good as most mids actually or better, just hate bricked up weed...don't brick the buds!1
 
I used to smoke headies only, but since I started to cut down it's exclusively regs because anything else gets me too high
 
I never understood why people would buy significantly weaker bud for just a few bucks less, just so they can say to themselves, "hey I got a whole eighth for only x.xx!"

Buying top shelf dank actually saves you money, since you get so much more THC/CBD per dollar.

If I'm trying to take it easy and not get too stoned, then I would much rather take a hit of good weed instead of smoking a whole bowl of mids to feel the same high.
 
In my lifetime, some of the best buds I have smoked were from homegrown plants (outdoors) from seeds from high quality South American Sativa's...comparable to expensive dispensary sativa's.
Dont like Indica's but have smoked some fine hybrids.
 
I don't believe I've ever gotten a headache from high quality buds. With reggie, there's like a 50% chance for me. Just go with the HQ and smoke less of it (make a GB or get a pinch, seriously bud is expensive), that way you will save on money and not be paranoid schizo.
 
I reckon free weed is the best kind. It also amuses me to hear all the lingo you guys use in the states: Loud, headies,kind bud, reggies, middies, schwag. All very alien to me. Not sure which one of those would descibe the bud I smoke- home grown high to average quality organic. I like the term kind bud but have no idea what it means...

I wish I had the freedom to go to a dispensary and choose from a list but usually here the choice is limited especially if you are buying. Personally I would prefer medium strength weed with a nice flavour and no headache I would probably like to have two to choose from one stimulating and one more relaxing/sedating. I'm not a fan of super strong trippy weed or super sedating stuff either- it doesnt matter how expensive it is if you are going to have a bad time. I think its crazy to spend big dollars on something that is going to turn you into a zombie or freak you out with paranoia. Maybe not an issue for those with high tolerance though.

Grow your own pay nothing and get to choose strains that suit you.
 
Gosh I just got some stuff yestuday 1.5 gramms and I need only about 0.05 gramms to get high its like hash. So fucked up right now :o
 
Listen to straight up answer you're question. 95% of the time You paying for what you get Pay more get better pay less get worse Its as simple as that. What makes this so confusing is what you consider better or worse. Do you desire taste? or how high it makes you the type of high you get. It could also depend on how you choose to use this week smoke it? vaporize it ? eat it? drink it? In some cases it makes more sense to buy cheaper weed simply because that is all you need. But really in the end the question shouldn't be what makes weed better or not but what do you yourself consider to be "High quality"
 
i always buy the highest quality i can find the low grade stuff doesnt get me high. also i dont like my weed to taste like dirt id rather have it taste like lemons and sugar.
 
I believe that a good bowlpack of daank makes the world beatiful and vibrant and a good bowl of middies makes me wanna chill or relax. So I stick to good weed smoke a bowl and fly for a few hours. I could smoke middies and do the same but its such a blah buzz. Plus with michigan getting the medical marijuana laws I can find extremely good weed for almost only 10$ a gram more. If your gonna do it do it right and enjoy the buzz. Dont smoke middies cause it doesnt get you the right high.
 
In the '90s brick weed was the only thing readily available here. Now that Colorado has medical and its practically almost totally legal in the city I live in nobody has anything other than prime quality. Of course there is little incentive for people to grow low grade or import it when it is so easy to get gov't permission to grow and importing remains a federal crime. When dispensaries first became legal and weren't as strictly regulated as they are now a lot of them sold brick & mid grade but it was most likely not being grown locally. They now have to account for and track their suppliers from start to finish so everything is grown in state.
I wouldn't smoke low grade if it was free. The taste is terrible and the effects are barely there and only last for a short time. My time is also too valuable to waste removing the %10+ portion of low grade that invariably is made up of sticks seeds and other non smokable material.
 
I smoke homegrown

I smoke whatever my friends or I grow which is usually pretty high grade stuff, though more indica than sativa because it is easier to grow and frankly I like the narcotic effect more.
If I grow it doesn't cost me anything other than electricity and sleep because the grow room is in my bedroom :s (not recommended at all). If I buy from my friends it is still five times less expensive than the coffeeshop.
I live in Belgium next to the Netherlands and the nearest coffeeshop is only an hour's drive away. Although in May of this year the Netherlands introduced a weed pass and now foreigners can't enter a coffeeshop anymore. Which is why we started growing in the first place. Weed is much more abundant now and I'm hardly spending any money on it. Only wish I had another room to put my Secret Jardin in.
 
Higher quality will (most likely) taste better and get you higher. I prefer the dankest shit I can find, that way I know I'm getting my money's worth, its all about personal preference though.
 
Really only high grade at the moment. Mostly organic according to source- who is connected to the source of the product.
I will smoke anything grown "right" and handled right (No brick...). I only became this way recently. I am 30. Considering growing my own so I know what Im getting.
Used to really enjoy some good "mids".
 
Gonna say, High quality weed is much better.
When it's harvested at the right time and especially even better if its been cured.

:p who wants that chlorophyll taste anyway lol

The idea of high potency weed is that you smoke much less, so you save your lungs and also you wont feel as lightheaded from smoking.

If your a noob and get some high quality shizz, maybe bong a very small nug or smoke half a toothpick. Dont underestimate it lol
 
I live in Tasmania Australia, and i find that alot of the time my dealer give me plain old bush weed, but because in these cases when i get ahold of a good quality bud. after a few weeks of smoking lesser quality, smoking some good stuff blows you out of the water
