Spent half the morning hacking down weeds in the garden with a bamboo cane. Felt like a ninja. Most legitimate fun I've had in years, haha. Played a bit of football and broke a frisbee, it's awesome to have people in the house, feels like home now.

Haha, Frisbee afficionado? Novelty flying disc, found it in the lawn (yes in, not on) and started chucking it about til it clonked the side of the house and shattered. Might buy a proper one but could see there being injuries

hello folks, been away for a while, just been busy working really! everythings going really well for me at the moment, but i don't want to get complaicent, because things could go downhill really quickly, i went a week last week without my anti anxiety and antipsychotic meds! i turned into a recluse, couldn't leave the house or eat or shower! was awful, had to phone the quack and get him to fax my script through to my local chemist and get my mum to collect it for me!
anyway enough moaning , all is good now! my diaz taper is going ok, down to 4mgs a day now!
