What are you drinking? - "Someone is bringing you ice?"

Anyone had a whiskey sour?

Sounds no bad. I fancy changing up my booze so I might get on this at the weekend. Can I just buy lemon juice? It's going to be a bit impractical to rock up at a party with 50 lemons.

There's no 'e' in whisky PTCH. Never had one but pisco sours is an amazing drink, I just can't see it working with whisky.

Decided a few week ago I fancied brewing some of my own bitter, so I got a Coopers Beer Kit. I've just had a taster and it tastes pretty nice, so I'm gonna get stuck into my 40 pints tonight at a party. We'll see how my stomach is tomorrow!

Impressive - home brew ftw %)

That cocktail sounds rank parttime, stick to hats or plain scotch please.

I've had about 6 Stellas and a tin of Strongbow tonight.

My mate brewed his own beer and cider recently, haven't been able to try it yet but apparently it's really good.

Red wine down the park with bread and cheese. Putting the ponciness in outdoors boozing.

Bottle of buckfast, a few rolls and some cheese slices was it? :D

Bought some Chilean cabernet sauvignon from Co-op, £3.80 a bottle and it's not very nice, no taste. I usually buy the even cheaper Spanish stuff which tastes great but they don't sell it any more.

Bucky's nearly £8 a bottle round here. Excludes all except the most observant and dedicated of the jakey diaspora.

I've no idea how much it is round here, have never bought (or drank it) it in my life. There's been a bottle sitting in the drinks cupboard here for years that was bought as a joke for someone but never drank. I should really try it. If it's still in date I think I'll stick it in the fridge and drink it tomorrow, have no money booze so why not.

Exactly. Seeing as Scotland is the original and best it should be spelt whisky. ;)
