So generally, it's not that difficult to tell how intoxicated you are on opioids. However, I have noticed that when combining them with other drugs (LSD, mushrooms, MDMA or other stimulants) the effects are often masked. In fact, I almost overdosed on a combination of heroin and MDMA for this very reason. Even some of the tell tale signs of opiate intoxication, like constricted pupils, can be overshadowed by the mydraisis.

However, what I have noticed is that when I get extremely high on opiates, I begin to have difficulty swallowing. For me, that is always the sign not to do any more. I don't know if this can work for everyone, and of course I would not recommend solely relying on this method. In other words, just because you can swallow, don't assume you're good to shoot another gram. However, IF you are high on opiates and are having trouble swalloing, then I would recommend not using any more.

It's never good to mix drugs. You can get a way with it many many times but then their is that one time that things go wrong.

I have always been told to only do one drug at a time. Control your usage, easier said than done.

Always test your product before taking a normal dose.

Street drugs are not regulated and you really don't know what you are putting in your bodies.

There is a fine line between theraputic dosage and over dose. Some lines are bigger some are as small as 0.01mg.

Always be careful and know your tolerance.

I actually thought it wasn't that common having trouble swallowing. Thought it was just me.

But yeah it got pretty bad for awhile. Choking on water and shit is kinda embarrassing lol

And your question is?

I said in the title that it was just a tip, and not a question. If it needs to be in the form of a question, then my question is do other opiate users notice this and do you find it to be a reliable indicator that it is time to lay off the dope?

So you are teaching? You want to open a Kung Fu school? :)

Just kidding lol.

Strange, one of the first effects I notice from opiates is the difficulty swallowing, it happens on smaller than usual doses aswell.

Many have trouble swallowing and they don't take opioids. It's a good source of vitamin E but some are more philosophical on the matter I guess.
