(...long ass post i know, please don't judge me for it, I'm tweaking hard as fuck, and every amp user post text walls from time to time, and theres a plethora of info here that will help you greatly, so i havent wasted any BL space in my mind

)
hold on...
after taking some (a lot of) (meth)amphetamines myself, I noticed theres something that hasn't been addressed yet... which usually means that I have to write a long meth rant about the topic at hand:
tolerance to adderall doesnt build to the point where 100mg wont work unless its use is daily and chronic (
my dose for adderall after using daily for two years consistently was around 70 at most, and i would be able to feel therapeutic effects from as low as 10mgs, and daily use did create problems like psychotic-like effects, but tolerance never accelerated to higher than 100mg, even now, after having done my share of meth). from what i read, i understand that you only felt it the one time with 30mgs, and all other times have not produced any effects. were you taking wellbutrin when you dosed that first time? this isnt just tolerance at play, even i will feel 100mgs, in fact thats prolly too much, 60mg rectal will get me the effects i want, and i have a HIGH amphetamine/stimulant tolerance. Having said that, there could be many factors to why its effecting yu different, such as body weight (im a skinny guy, so my development of tolerance might be a little slower than most, although i can take more amps than most of my friends who are fairly large in body-type), or metabolism. are you taking any other medications, or any other drugs? DRIs like ritalin or ketamine will fuck up an adderall high, because adderall is a dopamine releaser, while DRIs inhibit it's reuptake, and if combined, they will cancel the dopaminergic effects of both drugs. I learned this the hard way, by mixing focalin with dexedrine. I literally snorted the focalin and could feel the adderall high go away, leaving only an uncomfortable, tweaked out feeling which was not at all pleasant. Adderall also reacts similarly with wellbutrin, although it effects the NE and NA rather than the dopamine, as far as I know, but the "high" is all in the dopamine, so you should be fine, but it's quite possible that wellbutrin has more effect on adderall than what i know.
Now, on the other hand, hypothetically assuming that you're not taking any meds, and you're tolerance really
is the issue, I would recommend taking it rectally, with chelated magnesium before, during and after, it will make the effects more pronounced, and also ease out the comedown quite a bit. If you're not comfortable with that, you can either take a gram of baking soda about an hour before dosing the adderall, which will potentiate it and prolong the duration, or you coud take a tolerance break. If you haven't been using it daily for a long time (months) then 2 weeks to a month will bring your tolerance down significantly.
also I wouldnt take adderall to deal with opiate WD fatigue, i tried that once back in my heroin days, and it exacerbated my anxiety, nausea, and insomnia.
although if you're past the WDs then i suppose it's fine, if you can, try to get dexedrine, or better yet, some other, safer, stimulant that will deal with the fatigue but isn't recreational and addictive like adderall. the levo-amp in adderall will create more negative effects, and amphetamines in general might become a problem for you, and if you get addicted to them, i have no doubt that you'll go back to opiates in no time, and then you'll have two addictions instead of one, and i dont think getting off them will be as easy as it was this time

so I strongly encourage you to try something that takes care of the fatigue, but doesn't create any other problems: a good non recreational stimulant that handles fatigue exceptionally well is Modafinil or Amodafinil (Nuvigil and Provigil). It's a CNS stim, used for narcolepsy (although In high school I got RXd it for ADD, which it is not particularly helpful for, but I did notice that it got rid of my general tiredness throughout the day that I've always had, and didn't give me any negative side effects) and is not regulated. It has limited (there is some, but for a seasoned stim user, it's very mild and uninteresting) recreational value, has a decent duration of effects, and will keep you from being tired all the time, and their isnt a crash or very negative mental effects like depression or possible psychosis (unless you make the mistake of thinking that dosing higher will fuck you up - it won't. you will just get really anxious and paranoid and generally overstimulated). I also believe, although i might be wrong, that piracetam is a non recreational (mostly) drug that works well as way to stay awake and alert without causing side effects or any addictive potential, so that's another fine, legal option that is also useful for many other things (ADD, potentiating other drugs, in general it's a good thing to take daily, as it is safe and from what I understand it's very good supplement to take regularly) and I'm sure that there are more drugs. Green tea and yerba mate are also great sources of caffeine to keep you from getting to tired/fatigued, and their health benefits are significant, especially yerba mate (which also tastes GREAT! If you choose this option, get it loose leaf and drink it from a gourd, you can get a whole set for 20-30 bucks from the Guayaki brand that comes with the tea, the gourd and the "bombilla" [special filtering straw thing with multiple other purposes] and the caffeine is stronger than with coffee, but more recreational, clean, and less physically uncomfortable than with coffee). I drink it daily, and it not only soothes my stomach, gets me caffeinated and awake, but also IMO seems to give me a very significant mood lift that lasts long after the normal caffeine effects wear off, almost like a playful, energetic calm, which gives me a surge of energy (remember when you used to get hyper off of caffeine as a kid, and then feel like running around being silly? thats the feeling

) that makes me very productive, sociable, happy and even noticeably more polite to people in general. In general, a good tea like green tea or yerba mate beats amphetamines for pretty much any use besides for recreation.
lastly, congratulations on quitting opiates, it's a tough thing to do

try to continue abstaining from opiates, your life will be so much better.
i would apologize for tweaking out and spewing out this wall of text, but i think this post was justified in that it was just as long as it needed to be

, so no regrets or apologies this time.
