Opioids Dilaudid

No. Safest way to take it is Orally of course. People think it can be only IV'ed because thats the best BA, orally is poor.

Were not here to tell you how to get high.

is dilaudid only effective thru IV?

No, it is effective through various ROA's (IV, IM, subcutaneous, intranasal, rectal, oral, sublingual, etc ) just like any other opioid. It is prescribed in various pill forms (instant release, time release/extended release) which is meant to be taken orally.

The oral and rectal BA is 30-35% and the intranasal BA is 52-58% so you would need more if taken orally to feel the same effects from other ROAs.

they are pretty awesome snorted. I dont IV but id compare a 8mg dilly snorted to like 30mg oxy snorted

Dude when I was using, IV dillies would get me FUCKED...I would take it over H and oxy any day...I don't know why I loved it so much.

If you have a low opiate tolerance it you should feel something orally. You could try rectal, intranasally, or oral.

IVing pills run all sorts of risks. Very dangerous. You can have many complications from the fillers and stuff.

Stay away from needles. They are the devil.

I have never tried it. I never will. Many Bluelighters regret going down that route.

I agree, and would say that an 8mg dilaudid feels like almost 40mg of oxycodone taken orally (which as you mentioned would be like 30mg snorted since you get less oxy when sniffing it). It doesn't last as long, but I snorted each 8mg dilaudid over about 25 minutes which increased duration. Snorting it over a longer period of time also allows for better absorption compared to sniffing it all at once since doing it all at once would cause some of the binders/fillers to prevent a little bit of the hydromorphone from coming in contact with the mucous membrane as opposed to doing small lines over time which allows time for the membranes to be cleared out and ready for more of the drug to come in contact with it.
