It's probably a bit late now but butternut squash makes an amazing Thai red curry soup. Roast it know the oven then blend it up with coconut milk and curry paste. Nom

The catch of the Day is my beautiful sexy wife.

In a week's time will be doing lots of fishing, might even go over to the Channel islands for a couple of days bassing, hopefully some nice bream and get a load of fat summer cod mid-Channel on the way back.

If it's too choppy we'll stay closer to shore, 20 miles max so we can get home if things get iffy, but still should get some good cod, and a few bass.
