Martin, while I agree most will, not all people go to the needle. My mom has a friend that's been snorting for 10 years. I had 2 friends that only snorted while they were hooked (about 3 yrs) - but yourr right, most will try it and like it.

I don't I'M myself (skin pop)but have missed with doses as large as 4-5 bags and it does hit me, just doesn't seem to hit me hard. I still get a great high regardless though.

I didn't assume anyone did I'M but I figured there might be one or two. I got a pretty natural muscle build and I work out so IM'ing probably wouldn't be a bad idea if what "help?!?" Said is true. I'll have to try it. The miss bump usually goes away in 3 hrs if I ice it (instead of heat like everyone else says takes a week)

I've never shot it, and neither has my girlfriend, and we've been using for about two and a half years now.
 
For me its all about experiencing all the routes. They all offer their own unique quirks and when it comes to coming on, personally i've found IM/plugging unbeatable. To me IM wins hands down, for every compound i've done the transition as well as the come up is always so smooth, never containing rough edges, and once again lasts a fair second.

Smokey, its mainly going to come down to dosing, the difference for dosing between IM/IV can be fairly large for some compounds and tolerance only throws another monkey wrench into the mix. I suggest if you've got the time/money to give a fair IM shot into the thigh a go. I can do IM's in about 3 minutes with the needle already prepped which seems much easier than most things IV'ing though once again always been way to freaked to do that myself. Probably for the best. With street dope I would never really dare but I shudder to imagine injecting any street drug really. Basically as long you use the proper micron filter(which IMO you should be anyway!)then its really all null, yes theres still a higher chance of infection a dot that can be a bit sore for a second or a tiny bit dependent on how hard you jab yourself but do it in a sterile environment once again to increase the odds.

Waaay back when I was known to do some seriously sheisty injections that were just terrible and never even got so much as an infection even though I was asking for that and then some, no that this is anything for anyone to go on or anything but I always figured people over estimate the injection risk if completely proper technique is followed through the whole injection. Once again its not hard or hard to learn, you line up where exactly your muscle should be/where you want the shot(use two hands to form on box on the thigh)pinch together the skin, stick it in 90 degrees, and slowly inject over the course of a minute or so which will also reduce pain/after effects. Once again I really always inject fairly fast because I don't care and it never even really hurts, worst time was when I did like 4 shots in the same area within inches on the same day but even then it felt like I was charlie horsed and had over worked the muscle. I'd imagine really jamming your arm on accident with a needle in a pinch would probably hurt as much if not worse. To me as with anyone one of the highest advantages has to be the fact it lowers dosing. If I did opi's regularly it would kill me to insufflate any really but the lower BA's.....8o The only thing I like about non-IM/plugged for most routes is the extended duration which is why I don't always travel that route as well.
 
with the opiates i use, IV is really the only way to go. I use heroin mostly, so thats why. But when i occasionally use oxycodone and hydrocodone i take them orally.
 
When I have something to inject I inject.

It's crazy I can't stand to watch someone inject but I can inject myself whenever...
 
Yep.. I'll take my super expensive shards and IV them. I have a high tolerance,so will do 1.5 points to begin, then give the old "warick farms"a rest, reverting to the crackie for the remainder of the session.

I find If i want to top up in the wee early hrs.. Its safer for me just with the pipe- less chances of the scattered "shakes and possibile misses".
 
I inject heroin as my doc...when i first started injecting one night when I ran out of dope and was really craving I tried injecting half an ONAX bar.Ya you read that right half a paki onax 2mg bar needles to say i didnt get high at all.Luckily I was smart enough to atleast filter the shot 2 or three times with cotton...probably still got some talc in there or who knows what;)
 
Remember IM/SC is not injecting. It's a joke to compare with IV, it's like kids poppin BZP and makin out they're 'ardened junkies.

Still nothing like straight IV I have IM'ed Methadone and Ketamine. I do take back the BZP joke. Remember too if you IM/SC bacteria is a main issue my Methadone/K was DESIGNED for that but I always IVed however TICK TOK so I just IM;ed.

STLL STONG HITTING but no rush, no blood filling the barrel mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I love seeing that.

I'm not against injecting drugs but I'm scared of (lack of) purity, addiction, safe needle usage, and of course overdose. It would have to be pharmacuetically pure, a responsible dose, and I'd need to get new equipment. After which I'd probably plan to throw everything out so I don't rationalize using again.

I have heard that Heroin can only be truly known by injecting it.

If at all possible in an ideally safe manner, this may eventually be...

I mean I've experienced some kick-ass opiate/opioid highs, as in, extraordinare. But I haven't Heroin. Again, its not as if I'd be accessing some esoteric receptor, but come on, this is the golden cow!
 
I always was made to believe I.V. drug use made you a bad person until i stopped letting schools and ignorant parents brainwash me.
I now hate that people judge certain peoples ROA ever since i first I.V.'ed heroin. I really don't see the big deal, the nicest people i have ever met are I.V. drug users.
But anyways I.V. administration is the most effective in means of bio-availability and cost as long as you know what you'r doing. I usually I.V. anything that is at least partially
water soluble(i know the dangers of shooting anything let alone pills with unknown binders) but i guess i have an infatuation with needles.
 
Yes i also believe you don't know heroin unitl I.V.'ed, the same with cocaine, it is just a completely different high and rush.
 
@ kayla2010 are you talking bout the tabs, cause i have some friends who I.V. the suboxone strips since they started making those
and heard it wasn't bad.
