~55 minutes ago I placed some blotter under my tongue. Sold to me as LSD, if this is the real deal then this will be my first ever LSD trip, after a lot of searching!

There was a metallic/acidic taste to the blotter but it wasn't strongly bitter, it was sort of like touching your tongue to a battery if anyone else ever did that as a kid. Hopefully it's not DOx or something else, but if it is I'm prepared.

I feel different and I've had a slight pressure in my head since about 15-20 minutes after the blotter went under my tongue. Nothing at all strong yet though.

So i just heard that sphongle will be in dallas on oct 18

i have never been to a sphongle concert and aside from hearing some of thier music and loving it i honestly dont know a whole helluva lot about em

i have told myself before that i want to go see a show but i always seem to drop the ball

i am looking to get tickets to the event but on ticketmaster it says sphongle presents la masquerade. is this just the name of this tour/show or whatever or is this something different thier doing?

if yall could shed some light on this for a sphongle noob like me i would really appreciate it because i have always wanted to see em live but im not familiar with them really

also i didnt know where to post this question but figured yall here might be able to help me

Hmm. I think I recall others reporting that strong liquid LSD had that effect. In any case, I've had very bitter, but genuine, LSD blotter -- presumably due to the ink used on the paper.

Didn't realize it was your first acid trip when I saw the post in EADD. Hope you had a good time!
 
Fucking hell i hate looking for apartments (and I hate moving even more), but this damn apartment I'm in keeps raising the rent on getting a lease again. Bastards.

Shpongle is awesome! I'm gonna see him in Arcata in October as well. And I think la masquerade is the play type performance that he does, its just got a lot of fire dancers and live dancers and I think it tells a story but I'm not too sure. You'll have a blast :D
 
I saw shpongle at rothbury in 2009. It was pretty much off the chain, they had these spiraling lights projected onto the treeline that made it look like a vortex, and they were just straight jamming their set. Everyone, and I mean literally 90% of the people there, seemed to be on mad amounts of ketamine and intermittently taking hits of deamsters. It was a fun time to say the least :D
 
Aah I'm psyched for my holiday in four weeks already! A quiet place out of the city, all to myself, ten days of doing whatever the hell I want, and that's going to include a lot of writing, and one great big san pedro trip. I'm getting 26 inches of cactus for what I hope will be a truly intense mescaline journey. First half will be during the day, second half begins after I watch the sunset, and it's aaaall taking place on the wide scopes of some massive rolling sand dunes where there's no one around, and the sand stretches on like it's a real desert.

I've been putting together one playlist for the daytime, full of acoustic desert-y music, and one for the night, which is a lot darker and more atmospheric, and has more of a Native American spirit-journey feel to it. Not spending the whole time listening to music, of course, but it will be there to guide the journey for a good for or five hours.

Wish me luck, I've never taken a dose like this before.

Got two hours off from the clinic today where I am kicking benzo's with tapered administration, and also evaluating my abuse up to this point and how I will be quitting virtually everything - most importantly K - except acceptable alcohol use and only pausing my psychedelic use for about 9-12 months because I treasure it and it poses no problem in my life... The pause is something I've done before to keep perspective before too much new soul searching, however therapeutic the potential.

Anyway, when you leave to do some shopping and strolling you have to do an alcohol test when you get back. The guy present then also wanted me to do a saliva test because of my pupil dilation (um yea whatever, if anything I'd have me tested because I am pretty hopped up from the lowered benzo doses).

So naturally the test came back negative. Then when I went to get my night dose of diazepam just now, the "nurse" wanted to inform me that I tested positive for benzo's whilst giving me a meaningful look.

Cosmic Charlie (Optimus Crime), whomever you remember him as had his father pass away today. I haven't been in touch with him because he's been going through rehab but I got word from his sister today. I was (as in, before moving away) very close with Charlie and his father, or as we knew him "Big Bill." I made it an obligation to pack his bowl for him any time I'd swing by their house and catch up or just shoot the shit over a bowl or two. He was more than just a friend's father to me after a while, I considered him a friend. He will be missed deeply and I'm feeling very sorrowful for Charlie (Billy) right now to have something like this happen to him while he's trying to better himself. Please send out good vibes in his direction, PD. <3
 
I'm planning on mixing 2c-b+ketamine next week. I'm very excited since I havent had 2c-b in 5 years. I have always had good trips on 2c-e+mxe so I imagine this combo will be amazing too. I have 2 amazing strains of bud that I will be able to smoke on monday after I get my pain doc appointment and possible drug test out of the way.

I havent touched my ketamine and mxe in two weeks. Gonna end my break with them next week. I really needed to get my tolerence down and clear my mind.

For myself, vaped some 2c-e today, ended up at a low ++ for a while, by the time I started vaping more it didn't add to effects at all, just extended out the tail end psychedelia. Also, have decided to go on a drug fast starting tomorrow. No non-medicinal drug intake, excepting caffeine, for 40 days. (Yeah, the Abrahamic religions are big on 40 day fasts, so I figure I'll go with that number, though more specifically I have a bone to pick with something Muhammed said).

What did you use to smoke them? I have been contimplating trying a small dose of 2c-e or 2c-b in my oil burner since I heard some knowegable friends say you can get decent effects using that method.


I really hope my dmt gets dropped off tomoro. The excitement of getting to try it for the first time is killing me. I plan on sitting in my back yard late at night under the stars, hitting the pipe, and getting blasted off into space.
 
^I just chased off foil, as I haven't owned a meth pipe for like a year.

Edit: Think I'll abstain from caffeine too (since its use may be related to drug seeking behavior to some extent, and it is appreciably CNS active) but not other plant infused beverages like herbal teas or my pitcher full of rosemary-spearmint-lime water in the fridge.
