If I took Adderall, how long would be the appropriate time in hours to take hydrocodone?

Depends on dosages and your tolerance,

But generally speaking you should be fine to take the hydrocodone right alongside the adderall, or anytime before or after you've taken the adderall, there's really no big interaction between them (unless your completely naive to either substance, then you should just stick to one substance at a time, wait at least 6 hours after dosing either to take the other one)

IS this for recreational use or for pain? IF pain they do not have interactions. but if your doing it for the feeling I would wait until the adderall wore off.

I had Scoliosis correction surgery last year and get 180 Norco 10-325 a month, but the Adderall is for recreation. I just parachuted a 7.5 norco instead in case it's a bad interaction. it's been a good 8 hours since I took the adderall.

I also took some Gabapentin to soften the comedown.

All the above ^^ :)

As kayla mentioned, if its for recreation purpose only I would save the hydrocodone until the adderall has nearly worn off. You wont get that nice relaxing warm feeling from hydro if your speeding, well u may, but to a far lesser extent. It may very well still be enjoyable, but in my opinion it feels much better when you have comedown from the amphetamines.

As others have said, it's fine to combine them, although some people may not find it as pleasant. Opioids definitely come into their own when you're crashing from a stim, although the combination can be fun too - it's personal preference..

There is a myth that taking uppers and downers together are dangerous. This isn't the case - there is no intrinsic danger at all, and it doesn't "confuse your heart" or anything like that. The danger comes from one masking the other, leading to someone taking a dangerously high level of downers without realising, then overdosing when the stim wears off - so be careful with your dosages and don't take more hydromorphone than you usually would, or mix it with other CNS depressants such as alcohol or benzos.

opiates were my favorite thing to take when the stim come down started. Or take it before so i never get the come down, you just dont feel the effects of the stim as well.

Thank you effie for bringing up the myth that combining uppers and downers is dangerous. I would also say in some cases, the combo can be beneficial health wise. A downer can be helpful to reduce the stress that stims put on the cns after heavy use.

This. Rather than "confuse" the heart, the upper and the downer are tugging the heart in two directions, tachycardia and bradycardia, which is good - they cancel out part of each other's effects. The classic dangerous upper-downer is the speedball - cocaine is very short-acting, so respiratory depression takes a marked increase after about 10 minutes.

Adderall and hydrocodone are perfectly safe to mix, as long as you're not taking a dose of either which is dangerous in its own right. Amphetamine is much longer-acting than hydrocodone, so I would highly advise against taking them at the same time, regardless of ROA. If you can take hydrocodone several times, then you may want to see how they feel together - I dunno. I would make sure that I've got some left to take after about 4-5h after the speed though, cause it'll turn a few shit hours into some nice ones, and falling asleep will be easier.
