How Are You In One Word v. I got a feelin'

Stressed

I have my first day of marching band camp (7 straight hours of marching band folks) for the next 2 weeks. I am not ready to be thrown back into heavy social situations quite yet, especially with people I'm not always too fond of. I like some of the kids there though. Oh well, school starts in two weeks anyway, might as well start to get into the motions.
 
badfish I didn't know you were a fellow band geek =D What do you play? I played the clarinet for years and I've had it in the back of my closet for the last several years. I think it's way past time to go out and buy some reeds and get back into it!

Trumpet :) My brother started in 4th grade and I decided to follow in his footsteps, and he never really liked it, my parents forced him to do marching band, and technically me as well, but the day my brother didn't need his trumpet anymore he turned his mouthpiece into paraphernalia :|

I enjoy it but it really isn't a passion for me like it is for some of the other kids. But being a band geek is awesome.
 
My grandpa played the trumpet for all his life. I used to jam with him on my clarinet. :D Those are definitely some of my best childhood memories and memories of him. I <3 how music can bring generations together like that. :)

lost: I'm not sure what's going to come in the next few weeks or even the next few days. I just wish my life was stable. All I can say is at least I'm still here after all this shit. Just hope I can find a place to live.
