8 minutes of non stop swimming. Immense fitness! Incredible.

The swimming was great tonight. Phelps has really had a good few days after his bad start. That 15 yo american girl who won and Missy Franklin world record , great stuff.
I watched that Etheopian who won the 10,000 metres, she didnt even look tired at the end

What an incredible night on the Track for Team GB last night. You know something special is happening when a pub full of Irish are roaring on the Brits. Mo Farah take a bow. Jess Ennis sit on my face. Usual shizzle for the footballers8)

Team Ireland Katie Taylor v Team GB Natasha Jonas for a medal in the boxing tomorrow. Not an easy fight for either and hard for Katie with that unbelievable home support.
