JS: Do u have the 10mg or 50mg hydromorphone vials? Really hope its not pills ur IV-ing. Hydromorphone is very strong stuff, the body load is quite like oxys and the rush is just as intense as H. I always thought it was way better than H but when I came across pure H oh boy did my opinion change, none the less its prob my favorite opiate to date. Its more stimulating like oxys opposed to morphine which is hell sedating.

Because its really hard to crack the time release, the jurnistas are a bitch, it instantly gels up when it hits the water. I remember racking 32mg and I was pulling gel out of my nose all night, sucked really bad:S
 
Dear god, got some really yellow rock up here in Bris to get me through to my clinic date. SUPER strong, it's some of the best I've had in a loooooong while. Weeeeeeeeee

I wonder if thats the same stuff I've got? Kinda yellow/brown, very hard rock which takes a bit of effort to break down? Almost looks like crack cocaine or something. It's been kicking my ass but, easily the best heroin I've had my life, though admittedly I'm more experienced with pharms.

I forgot how nice heroin is, don't get me wrong I still love my oxys and my morphine, but oxy lacks the warm rush and has a bit of a speedy edge to it, and morphine has that crazy over the top histamine rush. But H man, it's just smooth and comfortable and glorious from start to finish.

This is very true. The pure/purish H in Vientiane Laos is amazing. The dealers are really cute and say shit like: "Hey, be careful. It's almost 100%. I really don't wan you to die." All caring and shit. He hung around to check I didn't OD-first I thought he wanted to rob me or something, but he was seriously just concerned I am gonna die. That's what I call service!! And it was indeed some clean dope :) Wowza.....but hey Hydromorphone is good, too. The highest dose I ever tried was 50mg.....it doesn't really hang around for long and seems to lack something compared to H or M. Orally Hyrdo suck and is even worse than Oxy. Most experienced junkers rank it IV: H, Hydrom, M, and then Oxy. Oral: H, (not that anybody does it orally), Oxy, M, Hydrom.
 
Does anyone else find that when you're about to dose whatever opie, and you're a bit sick, that the wd's get a bit stronger? I find this sometimes - when I'm about to take something and craving its imminent use, I'll feel a bit sicker all of a sudden. It's like my body's way of justifying using or something, haha.

i am using pills again the person im using them with has alot of experience with them so he knows every thing do to.i think im pretty sure its the pills i'll ask.....

where trying to orgainse some novocain juuuust incase things go bad hopfuly should have some by the time things happen :)

They script it to people who have been on long term pain treatment who are on high doses and have been on different medications like morphine, oxycodone, hydrocodone etc etc etc, they like to switch up substances so it reduces the tolerance somewhat and the possibility to addiction. (Although my view point on this is different, anyone who enjoys oxys will love hydromorphones or vice versa) Vials are a lot harder to come by though, its definitely around if u know where to look for it. Usually 50mg vials around here but prices are through the roof. That's 25 doses easy. I personally couldnt justify paying that much for it.

Hahaha I get this also. I think its your body knowing its about to get something. Its a psychological thing. Its like when you having a bath and sitting in room temp water and as soon as u open the hot water u start to get shivers and goosebumps or when u are about to eat a sour lolly and ur already pulling faces knowing how sour itll be LOL

hahaha yeah i think that may have somthimg to do with anticipation.i get that from time to time.but when i was using meth full on i'd be packing bags of meth without having any before hand and i would be shaking like a motherfucker as soon as i'd take a bump or a puff on the pipe the shakes would go away or at least settle down

if i'm early for my script i will be in pain walking into the clinic, though, i as soon as those scripts are in my hand i get the whole stride happening. not a thing in the world can stop me now, i'm about to get dosed.

it's the anticipation waiting for the doctor that gets me, seeing him come out, make eye contact then have him call the person waiting beforehand. it's an anxiety i haven't been able to shake and only worsens if i've not taken my blood pressure medication.

footsy, I get this too like others have mentioned and Jess used to get it too. We're both crazy drug pigs and IV users. Tends to happen more with heroin, if we're hanging out. I mean, I've been so sick, managed to score and been so keen I'd be running to the toilet and when I'd sit down to put it away I'd be so shakey trying to get a fit in my arm would be nigh on impossible.

Always just put it down to my unquenchable thirst for heroin, heh.
