All right so I enjoy working out and trying to take care of my self, but not quite getting what I want out of it. Steroids aren't for me cause a wise man once said "I'm not tryin to trick a bitch". I've read up on it a little bit jus tryin to find out if there's any actual downs sides to it.

If your not getting what you want out of it then HGH isn't for you as well.

You must be very proud of yourself for connections you've made here, but no this isn't connect the dots.

I am getting things I want out of but I want more. Just need something to help and boost, my goals for myself are a little difficultwith having a wife two kidsand a night shift job and all

I hear you and all but you're not going to make any gains if you're spending your days off snorting cocaine.

If you want to make gains, eat 3000 calories a day with 200grams of protein as a reference point. Look into a whey protein powder. Get a gym membership if you don't already have on and look up Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Not making gains naturally just means you aren't eating enough food or aren't lifting heavy enough, or both. GH will hardly do anything on its own, even if your diet and training was on point, let alone not knowing the rudimentary principles.

That intake is a workout in its own for a guy my size, weight gainers I've tryed didn't do to much, hit the gym 2 or 3 times a week, and I actually push myself(go to the gym with my younger bother who happens to be a fuckin powerhouse, so I do test my limits). Thinking but hoping its not my routine, though I believe I'm fairly strong for my size

That's because it's supposed to be a workout on its own. Weight gainers didn't do anything because they aren't anywhere near compatible to real, whole food.

Look up the Starting Strength routine, make milk, greek yogurt, tuna, meat, and oatmeal staples in your daily diet. Eat a lot, lift heavy.

I hate yogurt with a passion, though the rest seems fair. I'm I looking for a 3 or 5 rep Max per set, would you happen to know much on in store sups, having trouble finding a product that gives a balance of "jittery energy" and "fuck yeah one more rep". I enjoy no explode but can do without the fucked up stomach

I am adamantly against stimulants but a cup of black coffee or a few caffeine pills will work just fine. Everything else is just marketing propaganda which will leave you with an empty wallet and an upset stomach. Look into eating watermelon slices pre-workout as well. It contains natural citruline malate which will dilate your blood vessels and help shuttle nutrients into the muscles; as long as those nutrients are there to begin with. Diet is the key but for now, just shove down as much meat, dairy, whole grains and veggies as you can and worry about the macro-nutrient breakdown later.

Fuck it, might ass well try your way. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes

If you follow the routine and diet plan provided to you to the very letter, you'll be nothing less than amazed.

So I checked out the routine, it stated "no customizing", but I believe it would be more beneficial to replace the 3 sets of 8 chin ups with pull ups, thoughts??

I would just start with the basic SS workout centered around the big 3 (Squats, bench, deadlift) without adding anything just yet. Start with an empty bar to accustom yourself to doing those lifts with perfect form first, because this will prevent injuries down the line.

The Reg Park routine would also work well for your purposes
