oxy newbie

So SWIM was round at their grandmother's place the other day and stumbled upon a box (maybe 40 x 10mg tabs?) of Oxy ...

SWIM and his accomplice are opiate newbies and were wondering where the best place to start would be, recreationally-speaking ..... does Oxy tend to make you throw up the first time round like Heroin (or so SWIM has heard)? Also, if it does, does the nausea tend to be a one-time thing, or does it reoccur as you escalate the dose? In other words, can SWIM ingest it once, have a lame time, then be free to pilfer its recreational properties it as he pleases?

Nauesea is something that all opiates have, it's not something that goes away, some people get it worse than others. If you're worried about it, I recommend getting some antihistamines (usually advertised as travel sickness pills, or in the cast of DPH (benadryl), sometimes sleeping medication).

If it's your first time with opis, I wouldn't do more than 10mg oxy at once, and maybe even start with 5mg.

You can find all this information with a simple search in the forum. There is countless information on using oxys for the first time. I would recommend going to a pill identifier website and making sure exactly what you have.

For your first time I would take 15 mg. Nothing more.

You will probably get a little sick feeling. It happens to me still sometimes when I use, and I'm a seasoned user. Unless you really overdose your stuff, you are not going to get deathly sick.

And lastly, I know my grandmother was on oxy 80s in the last year before her passing. I have never touched her medicine, as I know how much pain she was in.... I would think twice before snatching from your grandma dude.

I would never steal cold-heartedly. She's told me she hates how Oxy makes her feel .. the box is 7 months old and has just been lying there unused; she never touches the stuff.

Anyway, I had planned to take them at a party so was embarrassed about throwing up on myself or something ... anyway, I'll do some more forum research!

^ I really wouldn't recommend doing them at a party. If you've never done a drug before, you should always do it in a controlled setting first. And opiates certainly aren't party drugs.

Start with 5mg and work your way up. I wouldent take 15mg becasue you with most likely throw up and feel uncomfortable. If you want a good experiance then start with 5mg and if you want more of a high redose every 30min. to an hour by 5mg. Once your at 10mg i think youll be feeling pretty damn good

Are anti-emetics taken beforehand strong enough to offset the nausea?

15mg is the absolute maximum dose I would take, but start with 5mg and add 5mg after 20-30 minutes if you think you need more. It's best to use low doses both to avoid being sick, and also so that you don't start with a higher tolerance. If you start with 15mg right away then you may get sick, and also it would make lower doses seem less effective next time, which would be unfortunate.

Are anti-emetics taken beforehand strong enough to offset the nausea?

In hospitals they give you IV Zofran (ondansetron) for this purpose, but I don't know if it's available without a prescription even in the tablets which can be taken orally.
