who misses nitro and thunder?

goldberg,jeff jarrett,sting,easy-e,the nWo and starcade.
all the great headliners and ppvs use too light up my childhood,wish it could be brought back.
i will never forget eric bischoffs phone call live on nitro claiming he purchased the company and the promos for wcw's rebirth ppv the BIG-BANG.I was hearth broken when the deal collapsed,and the wwe won out,i wish wwe would sell the wcw brand but some how i dont think that is going to happen....lol

what was youre fav wcw show/game/wrestler/ppv???
 
I was into the WWF when D-generation X was just formed (if youre not down with DX than, SUCK IT) and when Stone Cold and The Rock were the twi biggest stars.

ah d-x a direct copy of the nwo,yeah u would grow out of the wwe,it was aimed at children,where as wcw was aimed at adults

only reason you like wcw more is because you were either not born or too young to witness WWF when it was filled with cocaine, pain killer and steroid abusing maniacs

and awesomely cheesy themes
 
i watched it for a few years, when i was like ages 10-14, haven't watched wrestling since

i forgot mostly everything i witnessed
 
I remember the Big Show came out one time, I think it was against Test, and he just like choke slammed him immidiately
and pinned him and just walked away all badass. So you heard "weeeellllll its the big show" like twice in a minute

This X-pac was like my idol when I was 10 years old. I remember when him and kane teamed up that was good stuff
 
I did like WCW better than WWF with all the nWo drama. Esp Scott Hall and Kevin Nash vs Eric Bischoff. the whole fiasco brought me lots of laughs as a teenager. Jericho was another fav. If only there was some good videos on youtube of WCW's golden days.

i remember 'pile driving' some dude in the bathroom in 4th grade and left checker marks from the tile on his forhead, needless to say i was sent home, and was placed in ISS for a few days. fucking parents and teachers never understood.
*busts down my bedroom door with the lightweight/heavy weight champion belt over my shoulder and wrastles the giant panda my dad won me @ six flags*
 
x-pac was called syxx in the wcw then he went to the wwf and they called him x-pac because he use to be in the wolf pack,ocean jericho was the biggest lose to wcw they did everything too try and keep him but to no avail.the lil shit haha,yeah the nwo changed wrestling,before that the likes of ric flair were pulling brass knuckles out of their knickers,lol.

i never got to watch wcw saturday night or worldwide as in ireland we only got thunder and nitro.....SHAME,we use to get the ppvs free on tnt but then they just stopped showing them,i will never forget going to watch nitro one night i turned on tnt to a find black and white film on,the fuckers replaced tnt with tcm,nitro moved to bravo a year before wcw closed,god that last year of wcw was ballocks

wcw/nwo revenge was the best game,wrestlemania was the same game only diff characters.they were both made by thq only revenge came out first

almost as awesome as jake the snake laying a giant ass boa constrictor on top of his defeated opponents

from what i read most of the wrestlers were deathly afraid of snakes and fucking hated having to lose to the snake man
