Anyone seen methamphetamine in the UK/Europe?

Fair enough. There's enough reliable info out there about it anyway. To be honest, I'm surprised there isn't loads of methcathinone about really, it's just oxidised ephedrine aint it?
 
^ Maybe that's what the long shard slightly lacking and not 4-MEC "mephedrone" is. It sure aint the 4-MMC I remember. Although 4-MMC is still about there is definately something that isn't 4-MMC or 4-MEC in long clear shards going about.
 
Stimmy not euphoric as 4-MMC and lack of empathy for me. Others have said it's amazing and definately 4-MMC in the meph thread but if it is it's very lacking. It seemed as strong mg:mg, like I did the usual standard amount but just did nothing much in the way of euphoria for me. Ended up doing 250mg lines pretty quickly, more fiendish and harsher to sniff than usual too. Wouldn't be surprised if that's what it was.
 
Yeah sounds More like methcathinone than methylmethcathinone. Whoever cooked it probably did genuinely think they had yielded mephedrone. If my memory serves me correct methcathinone is pretty much equal in stimulation to amphet, but slightly less dopaminergic. Certainly not an empathogen like meph or molly.
 
It was more euphoric than amphetamine, the first couple of big doses were like MDMA. And slightly trippy at times throughout the binge. My mate kept asking who's house we were all in (his), and one girl kept arguing saying we were at hers lol, was pretty funny at the time but I wouldn't be taking that batch again. Very nasty to sniff aswell, worse than most meph I've had.
 
i dont think methcathinone is trippy, i think it's pretty much like a bunk amphet. Coulda been meph i guess, just shoddily made. Be interesting to test it.
 
Well got a 100mg of it today never tried, started with 30mg, not much of a burn

I remember in teh 80's when the crack epidemic was hitting the states and the mSM were saying it was going to be on our shores soon......didnt really take off here till the late 90's i.e. when H dealers started selling both. So it could come here in a big way - it happened in oz after their gear drought everyone started to use meth and we were/are in a similar situ now. The trouble with meth is if you like crack its much cheaper and lasts for fucking ages and you can spend ages fucking.
 
In 2002 I spent two weeks smoking this in Florence....amazing...the only thing that chases on foil like gear...the only thing with an instant come up like rock...the only thing that betters your first pill...and the only thing that makes you feel like the biggest bitch on the planet for days after you run out...nasty beautiful stuff...it will happen here like it has in the states mark our words...and yeah smoke that shit don't snort it!

We used to chase a bit of brown and drop blues like they were smarties sometimes when we were just desperate to get some sleep. Sometimes it would work, but mostly the meth would cut right through it. I have no desire to ever try 4-MAR for this very duration issue. Fuck that!

A tiny key would keep me going for far too long, if I redosed that was super dangerous for staying awake for days. With meth the amount used was slightly more and the come down although harsher was a bit quicker.

Although come to think of it they are really fucking similar
 
I dont think it would be a good idea for me to try 4-MAR or any rc analogue of it, it'd probably remind me of crystal too much and i dont fancy going down that road again.

Is this actually good advice? A friend mentioned that a friend of his has been raging up the meth and I'm sure it's going to turn up at some point. After reading this thread, I'd like to have one really solid hit, rather than constantly re-dosing. I'd usually titrate up a new drug but I can't be arsed to be awake for a week.

I'm only 9 and a half stone, and generally seem to take fairly low doses of drugs (e.g. any more than 125mg of MDMA stops being fun and is way over-stimulating). Is there a sort of guideline, approximate meth to MD equivalence? I would like to be off my tits, but I don't want to have a heart attack.
