Well I think it sounds like bollocks too, and the kind of thing that boozed up old monsters say because i) it buys precious attention from people (which is what they want more than anything else in the world, apart from another drink) as it's a gripping yarn and ii) on a deeper level it warms their cockles by perpetuating a myth that there are still opportunities for washed up, resentful alchies to get one over 'the man'.

Na man, I've mentioned this a few times. It was poor choice of username while signing up quickly to ask about dodgy pills. I didn't think I'd be around for 10 posts, never mind 10,000. Went through horrendous amounts of powder but I've never rocked it up.

We tend to use the term crackhead to mean a fiend for any drugs, not specifically crack. Like, even if someone was harassing me for a can of booze all night I'd call them a fucking crackhead.

By the way I tried looking for the case online,but it was two or 3 years ago now and was not in the local press so I can't send any paperwork over to you I'm afraid. Re read my story folks...if a till was cashed up properly why would someone need to look at CCTV in some shitty little store that was running ok by looking at the books? Plus I did mention that it didn't last forever, I know two other people who have been sacked from betting shop for these types of fraud, and then moved straight into other betting shops of different name. That is how bent all these people are. And you really think they check the accounts as rigidly as a fucking corner shop? Betting and scamming have gone together since the first dice were rolled.
