Opioids injecting 60mg oxy-neo. my experience

This is my second time successfully shooting oxyneo. I tried tradding them for hydromorphones (only the 8mg ir tabs) but was unsuccessful. I popped one and shot one.
My very first time I did this I felt the solution after I had rubbed off the coating, chopped it up, broiled it and then instant-cooled/froze it. It was slimy/sticky and very gel-like. I remember just trying to push the liquid out of the syringe was difficult due to it being so thick. I was very nervous about shooting it, and then when my girlfriend said she was gonna shoot half of one because I was, I said fuck it and squirted it on the ground.
2 days after that I chopped it up finer, used really hot water on a durable paper towel and rubbed off as much of the coating as possible, cooked in oven till it was almost brown and did the same method as before. I shot it alone in my basement and I remember how difficult it was to push it into my vein.
I got high but about five days later I had a weird rash looking thing on the inside of my bicep and it looked almost like 'shingles' after that I said I wasn't gonna bother with it again. However a month later (today) I got ten of these for free so I shot one. For every step needed to be done in order to inject, I took extra time making sure it was safe. I shot the solution a little while ago and it was slimy, but got me high and my arm feels fine.


How many people here shoot these neo's and have been successful getting high from doing so? I was thinking I should heat the spoon up when I was letting the little chunks dissolve in the water but wasn't sure if it would be smart. Does anybody here have any input about shooting them, or even experience in shooting them? I know its not safe but I'm a drug addict and I was feeling really sick today.

Heating up opiates is not a good idea, from what I've heard, so don't try that. I reccomend against IV'ing pills unless they are micron filtered, and even then I would NOT recommend it.

Shooting anything with an anti abuse gel mechanism is really dangerous unless you really know how to properly break the chemical gel matrix. It's almost impossible and hardly worth the time and inherent danger.

If the solutions you're shooting are still slimy, it means you failed to break the anti abuse mech, and it's a HUGE danger. You're going to end up loosing an arm or most possibly worse. Rather sick or not, trust me, it's not in the least worth it!

Please value your own life and stop shooting these.

my friend was in the hospital for a month, and they were considering taking his arm off. this happened after he shot some dope that was cut with crushed up pills. so... yeah don't do it man.

No, I think they meant opiates. Opiates should be soluble in water anyway, no need to heat. If you heat say tar heroin for example, any cuts in it that were previously insoluble can become soluble when heated. Heating just puts more nasty crap in your veins. That's what I've been told at least and I've also read the same thing here on BL.

I'm pretty sure they meant opiates, not pills. Most opioids do not require heat and are soluble in cold or room temperature water. One exception is the type of heroin that is common in the UK, which is base heroin and will only dissolve in water when mixed with an acid and heated. Otherwise, heating only dissolves binders/fillers/adulterants. Anyone injecting drugs, especially pills, should definitely be using a micron filter. If someone is going to heat their drugs, say if they consider it a necessary part of breaking a time-release or anti-abuse mechanism, or they are heating it to kill some bacteria (which will not kill all bacteria/viruses but does kill some), then it is imperative to let it cool completely before filtering and injecting. In the latter case (heating to try to kill some bacteria) it would be best to filter it, then heat it. If you are heating your opioids, that is making the inactive ingredients dissolve which are then going into your veins.

Stay.Blazed.420 - this does not sound safe. You at the very least need to be filtering this. I would just avoid it altogether, it's not worth the risk. With pills, especially time-release or anti-abuse pills, they often have some dangerous shit in them. If something gels up imagine what that is doing to your body.

I dont know how many times I need to keep saying the new pills like the new opanas/oxys/etc should be the LAST THING anyone EVER shoots. Idk how many times I can say it so I'll say it again: this is INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS! Like, so dangerous.

I cant believe you actually followed through...you shot something into your arm that was so thick you had a hard time pushing it through the syringe? SMH man comeon...I know some pretty insane junkies and even they would be like what the fuck....if you want to shoot stuff just cut out the middle man (pills) and buy some heroin. This is a harm reduction site and I honestly think that its harm reduction to tell someone shooting this to shoot heroin instead.
