Has anyone ever done this? I will be attending an event on Saturday, since I cannot find anything before the event I am going to try to find something at the event. Since I will not ingest anything without testing I would like to figure out a way to safely bring my marquis along. This is a pretty lax venue so I’m not so worried about security as I am the bottle leaking in my pocket or something. What is the best way to minimize the risk of burning a hole in my leg? Is there anything I could wrap it in that doesn’t react?

not enough time. I would rather not bring the entire bottle either because i don't want to have to keep track of it while rolling but i will if that's the only option.
Does the marquis burn through plastic? I have some of those tiny perfume sample vials, those might work.

every rave that I have ever been to would not let any small bottle in. could be luquid LSD....nothing, not eyedrops, not the little breath freshener stuff, eye solution for contacts...NOTHING!!
But people always found a way to get them in. I don't know how security is nowadays. could be alot easier to get stuff like that in. back in the day they made us take off our shoes sometimes.

If the venue allows re-entry depending on location then you can stash it in a dark spot down the street somewhere and go out and test when you find something.
Doesn't sound like the best solution but def an option.

It’s at a venue that doesn’t normally host electronic music events so their security is pretty relaxed, I think they do allow reentry also so I can bring the bottle in with me, test in the bathroom and then put it back in the car if I find something. Good call on the reentry, I didn’t even think of that!
most venues in nyc dont allow re-entry, but if it does than thats awesome. also, the chemicals in marquis reagent wont melt through hdpe plastic (certain bottles, lab plastic) but be careful of softer plastics. if youre not sure, put a few drops on it to test. or try to find some small glass containers with an hdpe cap. be creative and test the materials before you tape them to your leg

I have taken my marquis reagent from dancesafe inside many raves with tight security. What I do is sew a small pocket with a sewing machine on my boxer briefs were my balls are. I am able to fit a marquis reagent and a few joints in there (joints inside a plastic tube). I put my marquis reagent inside a small plastic bag and put it in my secret ball pocket while in waiting in the huge line. I like to do it in the line because im scared It might break if I have it down there during the car trip etc... Also once your inside you will probably see a lot of plastic water bottles on the floor. You can dry out the cap and use the inner cap to test samples or use the bottom of a plastic bottle while a friend holds it for you. Also if some one says (i have pure mdma) ask them if you can have a tiny amount to test. (don't worry about offending people, I have offended A LOT of people testing their shit but I don't care. the more I do this the more people will realize some people care about what chemical they are eating).

This place gives bottles. It's not really a club, it's just a regular music venue that normally has rock concerts and stuff.
The single use ampules are great for this type of event - failing that then buy a contact lens case. Few drops in each half will give you a few hours worth of testing - not many security guys will actually tip out your 'solution' especially if you tell them you have no more on you prior to them opening (be careful I have no more solution on me etc). Test a batch and then buy a few and discard your 'tester/case' - failing that I have often found the underside of a 'soda' can works great for a testing surface.
Now that's an awesome idea. My wife wears contacts, i believe she has an extra case laying around. How do you suggest i drip the solution onto the sample? I imagine i would spill it all out if I pour it
I also got one of those little glass perfume sample vials but I can't figure out how to just pour a drop out.

Get a bottle of eyedrops and empty it out. Pour out some Marquis into a spoon and suck it up into the eyedrop bottle and re-cap. Place eyedrop bottle in your shoe to get in, acquire goodies, make your way to a bathroom stall, scrape your pill with your car key onto the top of the toilet water tank and there's your porcelain surface and an inconspicuous leak-proof Marquis carrier with a controlled output.

I dunno bear, the last time I saw contact solution the color of Marquis reagent was....well...umm....
In taking the security guards perception here, I'd take one look at that not-so-clear solution as I know contact juice to be and dump that shit on the sidewalk. Whatever it is, it's as good as some kind of liquid drug in my eyes and I'm not letting it through.
best to just smuggle it in. also, dont use a metal surface if you can help it. marquis contains very concentrated sulfuric acid and formaldehyde, you dont know what kinds of side reactions are happening on anything other than glass, ceramic, and hdpe plastic
Being from NYC, I do not recommend the reentry approach. For starters, I don't know what type of event you are going to, but NYC cops are all over most raves and parties. Nine times out of ten, they have a car right outside the venue as well as under covers patrolling the streets looking for suspicious party-goers.
Smuggle it in if you can. I'd be very paranoid about taking it back outside, then testing it, and trying to get back in. The whole "Let's find a good place to test this pill" is too sketchy for me.
