i'm slowly putting on weight everywhere (i'm not far off 40 now so it was going to happen sooner or later) but moobs seem to be the main place...

ahhh what an embarrassing situation... going to the drs because i have big hairy tits.

i'm going to give this tabata training & cycling 10 miles a day a months trial and if i still have a luscious cleavage then i'll go to the Drs and see if anything is the problem

Are steroids recreational in any way? Apart from ego boosting enjoyability? I can see why people take nearly every drug imaginable, but when it comes to steroids, using them for anything aside from medical necessity, the gain is just to groom the inner sexual twat.

I think your being quite optimistic attempting that concidering you've done no exercise in ages mate. Probably better just aiming to go for a jog every morning, cycle at the weekend.

Push ups etc your going to have to build up from scratch, just see how many you can do, do them every second or third day and see how you get on. There's no way on earth your doing 7-8 100-150metre sprints, you'll just put yourself off going for too much too soon.

What's your diet like? Look up fat burning foods I found green tea was pretty good before. Switching beer to rum and using a diet mixer might help a fair bit.

Albion, not really but there is a bit of a buzz off them, dbols anyway. The likes of test there's going to be a massive buzz because your testosterone levels are through the roof. I was like a walking hard on, on dbols. You feel like an absolute champion on them aswell. Not to mention all the endorphins being released from exercise. Your going to be feeling pretty good if you get me.

Alot of people seem to get addicted to them though, doing one cycle after another, and they do turn alot of people into complete pricks aswell.

How big are your tits?

Put a photo up and I'll be able to give you some workout regimes or something...

Need the tit photos first though, otherwise i may be giving bad advice.

It's a really common problem among middle age spread men, and also teenagers going through puberty. Your natural test levels will have dropped off when you were about 30 and slowly gone down ever since. It's a really basic operation to have them sorted out, and if you cry to the doctors about how it's ruining your confidence and make up some shit about how you can't take your shirt off in front of your wife any more, then it'll be totally free. I had a friend who was skinny as a rake but suffered from bitch tits and he had it done, and had to wear like a medieval suit of armour for a week after the op, then he was back to normal.

But yeah, try the exercise out first for sure. You might just find that your entire body improves and your left with little boobies, in which case there's no shame in going to the docs and saying take these out of me and put them in a woman who really needs them :D

Pretty much what RS said. They are just about breaking your natural biological limits. If you are training for hypertrophy and you hit a brick wall and can't progress, you can either just stop and be satisfied or pull out the performance enhancers.

they're not big, i'm 6'4 and i'm around 190-200lbs..i doubt anyone else notices them but i just feel a bit pudgey in that area, where a few years ago there was nothing. I'm still happy to wear no shirt in public but if it carries on i can see me not wanting to do that and my confidence would probably take a knock as well. i'm wanting to tackle the problem before it gets to the stages of me looking like dolly parton.

if you want to see my boobies i'll set up a pay room on xhamster.com cams, £5 entry to the show and another £3 if you want me to wear nipple tassels, we can discuss other requests when in private

thanks for response RS & MSB, i've already been doing 6 miles a day on the bike for the past month.. i'll try this tabata regardless and see if i can hack it. if it fails i'll be back in this thread. i have no problem finding the motivation to exercise... i just look at my gemma atkinson calender and think I WILL NOT HAVE THOSE BEWBS

Zinc and magnesium tablets is an easy way raise test levels (30mg + 450mg daily) without turning in to a roidrage monster.

Ahh right if you've been cycling 6 miles a day you can't be that unfit, from those last 2 posts it doesn't sound like a massive issue. If I was you I'd start the gym 2-3 times a week aswell do some core exercises, bench press, pull ups, squats etc and those bitch tits will be long gone. If you work on your chest it will help matters more quickly I'd think. If you have no problem with motivation either get 2-3 gym sessions a week or buy a bench and some weights :)

nah it is not a massive issue and i'm sure i can stop and reverse the effects of years of being idle and drinking beer. previous to this past moth i've not really moved for 10 years and much pizza has been consumed. i've lost quite a bit but i'm never going to the gym, ever. i'd rather get stoned and do exercise outdoors or at home i've got some york yellow sand filled weights to pick up,a bike to ride, a rope to skip. a dog to walk. i've realised i can handle exercise but only if i'm really high %)

on my bike it takes me about 15 mins to do the first 3 miles and about 25 to coast back because i'm fucked. so not fast. been doing a little bit of my snide weights as well. i need to find out about what chest specific exercises to to with free weights

earlier i did that 4 minute tabasco thing

star jumps for intervals 1 and 3
squats with 5kg weights in each hand Squats for intervals 2 and 4
jumping rope for intervals 5 and 7
Sprint(light jog at this point) 6 and 8

10 minutes after downing a litre of horrible mangers. i nearly puked.

Haha 10 years of no exercise and cycling 6 miles isn't bad at all mate, regarless of time. You must have been fit before the laziness/age kicked in.

Free weights, bike and walking will do the trick. You can do the likes of leg raises, press ups etc aswell. Just have an hours work out 3 days a week with the weights/press ups etc and keep up your cycling and you really have nothing to worry about.

I dont know how much you drink so can't be certain but if it's alot that could well be the route of your problem. The likes of beer and cider are full of fat.

i drink probably everyday sometimes very little sometimes a lot, it probably is at the heart of my problem but i don't see it stopping any time soon. i eat very healthy now and am exercising more so that's about the best i can do for now. just checked out the calories online for a bottle of red wine which me and the mrs empty bottles of every night and it is 600 calories. i've been conning myself that it is just grape juice haha.

i'd like to join some kind of martial arts class but i'm not sure how fit you already have to be to join up

I reckon a bench and some weights is the best way. I've got a gym membership, but I normally go to my mate's, who has a bench and stuff. The free weights section in the gym is normally pretty full, and I can't be arsed with it. I also hardly use machines now, because they're nowhere near as good. I was convinced they were, until I bothered to research. A set of weights and some videos on how to do exercises is all you need.

I'm shocked to find that after doing squats, for the first time, with only 20KG (I was warned to start low, even if it feels easy), my leg muscles are actually a little sore. I can easily pump out a set of 190KG, on the leg press, and that doesn't make me ache. What weight do people squat? I reckon I'd have no trouble doing 40-50KG, if someone helped me get the bar on my shoulders, but my right knee did click - every time, which makes me a bit cautious. I've also had a bad back, in the past, and I don't know if I should really be doing them. 20KG felt like nothing, by the way, I just didn't want to push it.

you don't have to be fit at all, will really help your flexibility, i started taekwondo with my son, but my hip injury meant I had to curtail it, I'm hoping to get back on it as soon as my hip has been physio'd better.

I don't care what my physique looks like (it helps that I don't have a lot of fat on me), but as I get older I find myself wanting flexibility..I'm not suffering from the middle-aged-spread weight gain thing, but the loss of flexibility gets on my tits (not a snipe at your knockers watsons).....

Treacle: It's easy to get the bar on your shoulders in my gym there's usually a squat rack. Or do you mean at home? The core exercises like squats, bench, deadlifts, pull ups etc are always hardest if your doing it at the right weight. I can squat 40kg pretty easily 3 sets of 10, plus the bar weighs 15kg. I could probably do more but I dont like looking a pleb when it's busy, and it was heaving today!

Watson: without doubt it is the booze at the route of it. Try cutting back a bit on that maybe, and watch what you drink. Even when I was drinking skin fulls of vodka black current and water daily i managed to get to the most fit i've ever been.

I can totally relate to that MM. I could do with losing some weight for vanitys sake but I'm looking increasingly to the next decade or two now and want to keep flexible and subtle.. bloody mobile even. I'm doing a bit of yoga. Have you thought about that for your hip?

I've thought about yoga, I have a friend who is some sort of yogi, some fucking hippy nonsense, anyway he's very accomplished...i woulld do it, but I don't think my son would find it so enjoyable as taekwondo, and it'll be nice doing taekwondo class with him again too..

and it'll mean I can go round acting the Hardman all the time =D

subtle?? you??? Nooooooo, wouldn't suit ya!!
