Attention Other Drugs​

We're looking for a new moderator, as one of our finest moderators, muvolution, is stepping down from his moderator position, but don't worry he will be staying to oversee operations as our Senior Moderator.

Very sad to see you go my friend, and on behalf of Other Drugs, we thank you for your years of dedication. Now, we are giving someone new the opportunity to give back to our community! =D

Other Drugs is one of the busiest forums on Bluelight, we get more traffic and readers (both members and unregistered guests/lurkers) and it can be a fast paced job. You'll have a top of the line team to help you, but as far as modding goes... there will be PLENTY of modding to do, as a result of how much traffic we get everyday.


If you're interested and think you can handle it, please PM your application to the entire Other Drugs team:


In your application sent via PRIVATE MESSAGE (do not post applications here in this thread), please include the following:

What is your drug of choice?

Where do you live?

Time Zone?

Why would you make a good moderator?

What relevant knowledge and experience or training/education do you have that would help you mod OD and encourage harm reduction?

How much time can you dedicate to moderating?

Anything relevant to why you'd make a great addition to the Other Drugs Team?

What do you think of the state of OD and how can you help to improve it?

How will your availability be through the summer season?

Are you comfortable enough with the BLUA and OD guidelines to enforce them?


What is the airspeed velocity of the African Swallow?

Wow, TC...Does it feel weird for you to now be in the position of CHOOSING a new Mod??
Time sure does fly, doesn't it? Do you feel like there are as many qualified applicants this time around?

i'd probably be a good mod but i also sometimes blackout on alprazolam and say very dumb or dangerous things so i won't even try
 
Im sure ill piss the new mod off in someway shape or form so you have that to look forwrd to =D
 
This would be awesome, just I feel a bit too new to be applying. Tho I think my pharmacology and neuroscience studies and opiate experience would be a plus, perhaps next time :)
