Immune to rolling?

One of my friends seems to be immune to rolling, it's really strange. He's taken MDMA twice, the first time i suspected that he had gotten something other than MDMA because I knew that his source was shit. Recently I bought some molly and I know for a fact it was actual MDMA. He took about 180mgs and felt nothing. His pupils weren't even the slightest bit dilated. Meanwhile mine were the size of saucers and i was rolling my face off. Can anyone explain what might have caused this?
 
Is he on SSRI's? They'll diminish a roll entirely.

yep, SSRIs will completely fuck up or negate MDMA. I didnt know this when I rolled once, everyone else was having a blast, full of love, all that good MDMA shit, and I had huge pupils and no other effects, tho that doesnt explain why your friend had normal sized pupils - perhaps the above mentioned thread covers that. Anyway, I thought I got ripped off. I dont recall which SSRI I was on at the time, but SSRIs and MDMA do not mix.

I've seen people on SSRIs take E and notget any effect or pupil dilation. Litterally nothing different. I'd say it's weird that you did get dilated pupils while on an SSRI. Maby your pills had MDMA+ something else.
 
I know about SSRIs and MAOIs and all that good stuff, that's actually the first question i asked him when he said he felt nothing. He said he wasn't taking anything. I don't know what it could be, is there a possibility of some genetic variation that makes MDMA less potent or not at all potent. That's my next best guess
 
this is a tough one bro. im currently going through the "lost the magic" phase myself. i lost it really fast too. i cant figure out why i cant roll like i used to. all i can do now is wait 12 months taking supplements an no opiates for 30 days post roll. other than that im completly baffled as to why i cant roll 'HARD" like back in the days. at most i get wierd amp effects that are mild and my jaw starts tweakin out and i get some eye wiggles too.

not sure if im having a bad interaction cause of heavy opiat use, or im overthinking it, or iv lost the magic, or im just not taking enough maybe.

i just hope i didnt fry my brain to the point that ill never get the magic back........EVER.
 
I feel you I hope I never loss the magic cause that'll be a sad day. I'm just baffled that my friend cant roll because he doesn't do any drugs that could cause a cross tolerance, the dude doesn't even smoke weed.
