How can I? I don't think Welsh is a cunt. I don't know why the artist thinks he's a cunt. I could make something up, what does that achieve? A little exercise in self-gratification?

I don't think an artist should ever have to (or want to) take a Q&A on something they've done.

Because I am a human being, my brain is designed/evolved to attempt to understand the perceptions it receives. An artist has made this thing that I perceive and presumably has meant something by it, but I am at a loss to make sense of it in isolation from the artist (or Albion).

is it the Storyville documentary...it's excellent, follows them over a decade or so, brutal, but really well made.

It must be really difficult for you to look at art if you need to question the artist all the time.
