What are you craving? v. Feel Good Hit of the Summer

Craving more heroin after ending a three day binge this afternoon. I'm really debating if I should get more tomorrow or not. The right thing to do would be to lay off the dope for a bit but most likely i'll just give into the craving. It sucks man I was clean for 45 days and I thought I could start using again responsibly but I don't think that's possible with heroin. I'm kinda mad at myself for falling into the trap again. :(

Same, same, same... you should skip getting more heroin tomorrow... stick to other drugs... :)

I knoooww i'm trying to stay strong but those other drugs aren't heroin :(. I think i'll try to skip getting heroin until friday night. Gotta start with a small goal.
 
a 40 ounce beverage of malt liquor - think I might go to the store and satisfy that craving ;)

a blunt or 40 mg MXE would be nice as well
 
^I've been wondering for a while, is that slang for hasj oil? If not what is it?
