How long after amphetamines is it safe to take DXM?

I want to do a first plateau (200-250mg) DXM trip for the first time in a long time, but I take Vyvanse every day for ADHD. I know DXM+Amps= bad, so how long after taking the vyvanse would it be safe to take the DXM?

Just give it 24 hours.

The big issue with the mix is the cardiovascular effects, you can experience some severe hypertension.

There has also been speculation that the mix may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome. Personally I don't believe vyavnse or adderall would increase this risk much at all. However desoxyn can increase this risk significantly.

I used to pop 120 mg of adderall and trip to the 4th plateau on DXM. I would just take the tussin now, it's safe as long as you're not like 60 years old or something or have severe high blood pressure.

I wouldn't say its safe. I agree you can mix them and not have problems. I took adderall along with dxm the few times I did it, however in this case the op is sticking to the safe side.

Taking both of thoses risks (a small risk) serotonin syndrome.

I've done it with like 14 hours in between the two of them and was fine but 24 hours is your best bet. just because nothing happened to me doesn't mean nothing could happen to you. Stay safe!
