Stimulants possible damage ? need help

i went to music fest and over 3 days i have eaten about 10 g's of speed. I just been dipping finger in to my bag and licking it. Obviously it was stupid of me...now my tongue is sensitive to any food i eat, to smoke from cigarettes. I didn't even feel anything until festival ended... it has been 4 days since and my tongue still fucked !
Could this be infection from dirty bacteria ? or its simply coz of amphetamines ? my tongue looks completely normal but very sensitive =[

+1, give it some time. If it persists, go see a doctor.

Could be all sorts of things. You could have damaged your taste buds, by constantly dabbing speed on your tongue. (They grow back. How do you manage the taste? I get paste, so I just bury it up my nose with a finger or drink it down with some water in lumps. Never on my tounge8().
OR
With all the constant gurning you've done, you could have been constantly rubbing your teeth with your tongue, damaging your taste buds.

I really don't know...

My list is -
Chemical damage (non-permanent)... by the amphet and possibly if it was adulterated with anything... tho doubtful, not the adulteration, the damage.
Physical damage (non-permanent)
Could be an infection... (mostly noooooon-permanent).

You could've drank or eaten something hot (probs more the drunk), while you were fucked and scolded your tongue.

Loads of possibilities, though that probably hasn't helped, SORRY! %)

But as I say, don't worry about it. If it bothers you to much/gets worse or just doesn't disperse. Go see your GP.

the average purity of street amphetamine is 10-30%. you'd be fine.

Like they said, drink a plenty, brush teeth & swill mouthwash - yep, it'll sting, suck it up & next time u go on a bender as others said, throw it in a drink or wrap it in a rizla like I do - I couldn't shove it up my nose, coke stings my snout these days & the taste drippin down ur throat, ughh! 3 days u'll be rite as rain. If ur havin trouble eatin stick with soup, noodles, yoghurt etc - as I call them 'toothache' foods!

The OP is in England so I doubt he consumed 10 grams of methamphetamine. It's shitty speed that is as impure hit or miss as American heroin IMO, since most of it is imported.

In Europe, the bulk manufacturing process which they use to illicitly mass produce their racemic amphetamine (speed) in bulk uses a different precursor and recipe (P2P w/ Ammonia for amphetamine, which is easier to obtain than methylamine which would yield methamphetamine).

In the USA, we usually use the easy to get pseudo/ephedrine, however most of the people making it are cooking on a smaller scale to support their own addictions and generate tons of toxic waste that is not dealt with properly resulting in hazardous living conditions for generations to come.

It all comes down to the availability of precursors.
