How do you kickstart mdma?

Mdma by itself isn't exactly an upper.
Is there something that one could take to give it a kick?
Its hard to say this(because its dangerous anyway) but
something within reason thats not another harsh manmade
drug?

See caffeine would be my first choice however it didn't
really have much of an effect at all. I should have mentioned that

booze? im good on booze when i roll. but yeah i agree with cigs and weed fa sho lol. i smoke weed like a mad man when i on 1 %)
 
Weed really helps ya huh? Im not in my stoner days anymore so
if I smoke while I am rolling, it'll actually make me come down.
 
^^ Weed does the same for me, Phat. Takes euphoria right out window and makes it too trippy. For a energy boost, plenty of b-vitamins and a couple cups of strong coffee. I dont recommend fasting either, as the lack of carbs can cause you to feel drained.
 
yeah for some people it can take away some euphoria but not for me and it adds that trippy mind fuck. I LOVE IT! but yeah for some people too much weed can take away from ur roll.
 
The euphoria actually remains the same after smoking weed, but
Causes me to loose track of my breathing patterns and I am
not getting enough oxygen which causes the come down.
On top of all that...well...thats really bad. Haha

Yea alot of people I know choose to fast and you are exactly right.
Its good to get as much carbs in ya before hand so you have energy
to burn. Otherwise, yea your body is attempting to burn energy that
isn't there causing you to feel achey and drained.
I know many tricks as we all do to keep a roll going but when
I take mdma by itself, I just can't seem to get up and about.
I smoke cigarettes and drink coffee daily so it doesn't actually
contribute anything to roll.
I wonder if what I know is all there is or if there is some other
Trick someone knows about a kickstart
 
How soon before t0:00 do you think you should eat the carbo meal? I am a faster and find no qualms with it, but I am interested in other methods. As long as I abstain from mdma for 3-4 month periods I have no problems coming up. It is great each time. I fast from 8 am drop day, usually drop at 10 pm, so it is a long fast. At least it is for me.
 
I could give you answers and they may or may not help you. Everyone knows how their own body reacts to things.
As for me, I am a skinny one with a fast metabolism. I never gain weight. ha it actually sucks. but I eat small fatty meals
through out the whole day. I can even eat right before I take mdma and still be cool.
As for you, You space it well and yea I bet you have no problems coming up at all. and since you space it,
you may not have to worry about energy because you could be in great and stable health by the time you take mdma.
And like I said, I am no pro on the subject. I just know my own body.

And I am skeptical how some people say it diminishes effects to eat beforehand. It may take longer to come up, but the drug is still in you. I like to eat a good meal about 3 hours before I roll, then snack on light fruit throught.

Honestly, that isn't a bad idea at all. I used to drink those when I worked at amazon.
I always thought it may not be a good idea but like ive said, taking
the drug itself is never safe anyway.
And I do take b vitamins often and they do wonders.
