Swim is heading to Camp Bisco in a week and couldn't be more excited. Based on the lineup, the first and third day would be great rolling, while the second would be perfect for tripping. The plan has been to roll the first day, trip the second, and see how swim feels on the third (and possibly roll again). However, a lot of people on forums have mentioned that tripping after rolling can really ruin a lot of the effects and can result in a bad trip. Any insight/suggestions about all this? Would 3 days straight on stuff be hazardous to the brain?
