ADHD/ADD and bruxism

I've been doing XTC(-like drugs) for about a year now and within this year it has started to occur to me that there might be a relation between ADHD/ADD and the severity of bruxism. I myself have been diagnosed with ADHD. Whenever I do drugs like MDMA or 6-APB I do experience bruxism (sometimes more than others), but I have never been able to understand how some people start chewing their cheeks or tongue when they are rolling, especially up to the point where it starts to bleed (this never happens to me). Last week I was chatting with some friends of mine at a bbq about MDMA and bruxism. As it turns out, only my friends without AD(H)D chew their cheeks and tongue when they are rolling. The ones with AD(H)D don't. Does anyone else recognize this pattern?

i don't have ADHD but i do like to gnaw on things while rolling. i usually keep a steady stream of binkies in my mouth to avoid my teeth grinding.

btw, i moved this from homeless.

i have ADHD and my gurn is pretty powerful

not as bad as a lot of peoples' i know i guess but i don't hold back i just unleash the gurn

i'm genuinely convinced that my jaw on MDMA could be a new source of renewable energy

Lol :P I do gnaw away as well, but I never chew my cheeks and/or tongue. What I meant was that my non-ADHD friends unknowingly bite away all soft tissue in their mouths, while me and my ADHD-friends have sore muscles the day after at most.

I have ADD but I get bruxism fairly heavily 'cept I always make sure to use gum or not stop talking and thats how I try to avoid it though I rarely roll so I may not remember correctly as to how bad I gurn.

sometimes i might get a couple of ulcers on the sides of my mouth i guess but yeah most of the time it's just horrible tooth/jaw ache for me

to me though this sounds most like some kind of coincidence really

I chew and clench like a maniac, I have ADD and ADHD. My jaw is completely fucked the next day. You can hear my teeth grind from across the room. Its not okay. I'm getting chelated magnesium to see if it works out, cause DAMN.
