Ive been going through some tasty effexor withdrawals to say the least, so about 6 hours ago when it was bed time, and i was sweating and shaking, i decided to take 3 of my temazepam's =90mg total, plus my remaining perocets from a year ago when the docs tore my beautiful wisdom teeth out. only had 5 left, but still 25mg of oxycodone, and my last soma.. 350mg
oh and 1 norco, 10/325

so to sum it up.
90mg temazepam
25mg oxycodone
10mg hydrocodone
350mg corisoprodal (soma)

its been 6 hours.. im still awake and didnt feel a damn thing. These withdrawals must have drug blunting effects.

You know.. you just added to my disappointment. hadnt thought of the waste yet haha.

you know to be honest, i give them away frequently to my close buddies who abuse amphetamines and come to me complaining about sleep. I dont use them often, and im really trying to stop my use of drugs when not needed. These withdrawls have been kickin my ass and i wanted some comfort. instead i just tossed stuff in my body awaiting reward... my reward must of gotten lost in the mail

Sorry you're feeling so rough Cloro. What is your usual tolerance like? Mixing an array of CNS depressants like that can be really dangerous and has led to many fatal overdoses, so while I am sorry it didn't affect you much I am also very glad it wasn't too much! Not heard of SxRI discontinuation syndrome blunting the effect of drugs but I imagine if you're feeling really rough from that it might overpower the affects somewhat.. hope you feel better soon!

what is op's taper like? and whats the tolerance to other drugs? my estimation is now that both your serotonin and dopamine are not regulated as they had been....everything is gonna have a confusing feeling with it
 
The OP is withdrawaling off Effexor (venlafaxine). There's another thread in BDD about it...here :)

effie pretty much hit the nail on the head. I'm going to defer to her on this one. :)
