stims and the elusive "body buzz"

does anyone know of any stimulants that actually give you a "body buzz?" the only stims i really even fuck with are caffeine and pharmaceutical-grade amps, so I may be out of the loop, but still i have never experienced any *pleasant* physical sensation from any stimulant. any input on this?

I don't know what exactly you mean by body buzz.

MDMA makes your tactile sensations feel wonderful, same with 2c-b.

MDMA or MDA can give you the very epitome of a "body buzz" IMO, it can feel like your plugged into a power station, but it's far from a straight stim experience. compared to a pharmaceutical amphetamine.

Well first you must understand that
intrinsically
all drugs have a cognitive aspect, which may, and likely does, vary extraordinarily from person to person.
what relative proportions of 5-HT DA and NE you, yourself, will find *pleasant* could be different from what i and others prefer.
Furthermore a "physical sensation" could be interpreted in a few different veins of definition,
For these two reasons it is difficult to answer your question conclusively and confidently.
You may, however, wish to consider the following as you determine your actions:

First if you are unfamiliar with the emotional functions of these primary three monoamines then i recommend you review this convenient graphic.

You will notice that it is only together and in concert that these neurotransmitters produce the more traditionally enjoyable sensations.
This means that, in the most basic sense, the high is characterized by the proportionality of each monoamine.
Many of the most truly physical sensations produced by stimulants are, in fact, uncomfortable: racing heart, elevated blood pressure, et al.
Though the causes of these symptoms are complex, you can attribute them largely (perhaps even principally) to adrenergic activity and therefore should search for a substance with reduced NE influx.

Of the most ubiquitous pharmaceutical stimulants (Ritalin, Adderall, Dexedrine/vyvance) pure d-amphetamine has the lowest ration of NE influence and is therefore the clear choice for your preferences--so far as i can gather anyway. Put simply it gives more euphoria per quantity of physical stimulation then the competition. Consider then your method of administration for the degree of euphoria obtained is also dependent on how quickly the chemical saturates the blood stream.Lastly, I presume you have no significant tolerance and consequently recommend a dose of 30-45 mg d-amphetamine to achieve a satisfying, but not overwhelming, body buzz for the average ~70kg imbiber. Compensate as needed for tolerance and increased body mass.

Should this fail to please you would then have to commit to more hazardous doses and/or substances in the face of clear risks.
As you may suspect, chemicals such as MDMA (ecstasy), Methamphetamine, 4-FA, 4-MMC, etc. engender yet more favorable monoamine concoctions and satisfy most.
Indeed the sensation of these drugs is a level beyond that of the lower stimulants and, while the benefits are counterweighted by increased harm/risk, there are few who do not find their effects pleasant.

ADDENDUM: Marijuana weed is known to many as "the great potentiator" and can do much in the way of re-characterizing a high as euphoric. Granted, however, this combination can exacerbate physical symptoms as well. Proceed with caution. Know your body.

Well, thats a hard act to follow.. However, My advice if you have only played with coffee and prescription drugs.. go easy when you enter non registered territory.. I will not advocate any substance for you to use as that defeats the purpose of this site (harm reduction/education).. do your own research.. from this site and others to see what fits your bill..

Whatever you decide.. do your homework.. info is out there to help you.. be safe.

What? Amphetamines gave me a big body high along with the psychological euphoria. Even my friends say the same. So, you've never felt a body buzz from Amps?

In my experience, I always get a body buzz from stims as well. And I'm talking adderal, meth, cocaine occasionally, and of course caffiene and energy drinks.
