Okay,

So my cocaine use is geting alarmingly out of hand. I tried it a few weeks back, fell in love instantly (can't remember feeling this way about a drug since nicotine, god damn it) and now can't stop thinking about it. I've just snorted 3 lines out of the 2 grams I've just picked up, and that will bring my grand total to 5 grams today. I'm burning through my cash for it, but whats worse is I struggle to find reasons NOT to do it.

So it's not neurotoxic, it's very widely used, I don't mix it with alcohol and it's fun as fuck. I need reasons to quell my use fast before it gets out of hand - cocaine is such a perfect drug for me it's hard to convince myself to stop so some good horror stories or sensible reasons against it would be great. I get so god damn happy doing it and get so excited when I'm getting it like no other drug I've had.

And the greatest thing is the next day i wake up with nothing worse than a blocked nose. Weed cushions the crash so that negative reinforcement is deprived - I need some advice!!

Any help VERY APPRECIATED

I like to see a person trying to be talked out of drug use for once :)

The only thing I can say is that others in inevitable risk of extreme drepression that comes along with habitual use of cocaine. The crashes may seem to be manageable now but you don't have extensive use of it yet. With more use comes the depletion of dopamine. Your body begins to become adapt to the over stimulation of these neurons and in turn results in excessive synapic metabolization of the neurotransmitter dopamine. This leads to much more dysphoria after the using of cocaine.

If habitual use continues you will more then likely experience prolonged dysphoria resulting in more and more use of cocaine.

I see your from the U.K like myself. Infact from a city just 15 miles from me and in the same county.

Many of friends are Cocaine users, i see the biggest health risk from Cocaine being the actual impurity of the Cocaine that is available in this country, many times Cocaine seized is less than 10% pure Cocaine.

Novacaine, Benzocaine, Lidocaine are many of the cutting agents this 'apparent' Cocaine is full of, i dont know how detrimental they are to your health but they just mimic many aspects of real 'Cocaine' (Numbed sinuses etc) so the user believes there snorting good Coke.

It's a very addictive joke drug which makes most users talk/act as if there Jonny concrete!

This is all my opinion and experience some of it informed, some of it from just knowing so many coke monsters in my country/city.

You must question why the price of Cocaine has halved in the past 10 years or so?

Noticing yourself saying shit like this should be worrying (as I'm sure you realize, and thus made this thread). Anyway, 5 grams you've BOUGHT today? I hope so, and not 5 grams you're gonna do (or have already done) today. That's quite a bit to have sitting around, unless you've got discipline. I don't like the effects of cocaine (or rather, I feel "What effects? Was that it?") except intravenously, but I've never had cocaine sitting around that I haven't finished in one sitting - even powder or freebase, by ROAs I do not enjoy. It is one of the most addictive drugs I have ever tried and 95% of the times I have done it I have found it to be shit and not worth a fraction of the money. I have still spent quite a bit of money on it, sometimes money that I couldn't afford to spend, and landed in dire financial straits as a result.
It's probably also the only drug I inexplicably crave - feel strong, paradoxical "I don't like it, but I want some" cravings.

It may not be significantly neurotoxic, but unfortunately, it happens to be rather cardiotoxic, and like all street drugs, can be cut with all kinds of shit. It also wreaks havoc on your nasal passages, which becomes pretty apparent in a surprisingly short time. It also has the very realistic possibility of accidental fatal overdose with excessive but non-astronomical recreational amounts. Also, you say you don't mix it with alcohol. You've just started using the drug and it apparently tickles your fancy - have you tried it with alcohol? A lot of people never take cocaine without alcohol, because it simply amplifies the shit out of it. That combo is more addictive and also more toxic.

I have often found myself kind of shuddering worriedly to myself when I think about how that damn cocaine 'got me again' - and this is coming from someone who doesn't like the stuff at all and would take a line of speed any day over three lines of blow of equal size. If you are positively in love with it, and happen to be stinkin' rich, you may still have money when it starts taking its toll on your health.

1) it's really rough on your heart.

2) snorting anything can mess up your nose.

3) it can be cut with really nasty stuff.

Sorry I couldn't make that more dramatic or horrifying for you.
